Полтавський державний медичний університет відповідно до ліцензії в межах ліцензованого обсягу у 2021 році оголошує прийом на підготовку фахівців з вищою освітою за ступенем доктора філософії на очну (денну та вечірню), заочну форми навчання галузі знань 22 «Охорона здоров’я» через аспірантуру за акредитованими спеціальностями:

221 – Стоматологія, термін навчання 4 роки;

222 – Медицина, термін навчання 4 роки;

галузі знань 09 – Біологія за спеціальністю:

091 – Біологія, термін навчання 4 роки.

Полтавський державний медичний університет оголошує прийом на підготовку фахівців з вищою освітою за ступенем доктора  наук на очну форму навчання галузі знань 22 «Охорона здоров’я» через докторантуру за спеціальностями:

221 – Стоматологія, термін навчання 2 роки;

222 – Медицина, термін навчання 2 роки.

Підготовка іноземних громадян та осіб без громадянства в аспірантурі та докторантурі здійснюється за рахунок коштів фізичних або юридичних осіб (на умовах контракту).

Для здобуття ступеня доктора філософії в аспірантурі за спеціальностями відповідного спрямування приймаються особи, які здобули ступінь магістра (освітньо-кваліфікаційний рівень спеціаліста) з відповідної спеціальності.

Для здобуття ступеня доктора наук в докторантурі за спеціальностями відповідного спрямування приймаються особи, які здобули ступінь доктора філософії (кандидата наук) з відповідної спеціальності.

Прийом на навчання  до аспірантури іноземців та осіб без громадянства здійснюється згідно із  Законами України «Про вищу освіту», «Про правовий статус іноземців та осіб без громадянства», «Про закордонних українців», «Про біженців та осіб, які потребують додаткового або тимчасового захисту», Указом Президента України від 03 червня 1994 року № 271 «Про заходи щодо розвитку економічного співробітництва областей України з суміжними областями Республіки Білорусь і адміністративно-територіальними одиницями Республіки Молдова», постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 11 вересня 2013 року № 684 «Деякі питання набору для навчання іноземців та осіб без громадянства», наказом Міністерства освіти і науки України від 01 листопада 2013 року № 1541 «Деякі питання організації набору та навчання (стажування) іноземців та осіб без громадянства», зареєстрованим у Міністерстві юстиції України 25 листопада 2013 року за № 2004/24536.

Вступники до аспірантури подають на ім'я ректора  Полтавського державного медичного університету наступні документи:

1) власноруч написану заяву;

2) особовий листок з обліку кадрів;

3) список опублікованих наукових праць (за наявності);

4) копію диплома про закінчення закладу вищої освіти (особи, які здобули відповідну освіту за кордоном, - копію нострифікованого диплома), копію диплома магістра;

5) сертифікати тестів TOEFL або International English Language Testing System, або Cambridge English Assessment, або TestDaF, або DELF, або DALF (за наявності).

6) копію паспорта та ідентифікаційного коду.

Особа, яка подає для вступу до аспірантури диплом, що виданий іноземним закладом вищої освіти, допускається до вступних випробувань нарівні з іншими особами. Зарахування такого вступника здійснюється в разі успішного складення ним вступних випробувань та прийняття вченою радою Університету рішення про визнання його диплома.

Додатковий перелік документів для вступу до аспірантури (докторантури) за спеціальностями галузі знань 22 – Охорона здоров'я, які у процесі виконання власного наукового дослідження займатимуться лікувально-діагностичною діяльністю:

1) копію сертифіката лікаря спеціаліста з відповідної спеціальності,сертифіката лікаря-спеціаліста після навчання на циклах спеціалізації;

2) копію сертифіката про складання ліцензійного інтегрованого іспиту «Крок 3» або свідоцтво про підготовку в клінічній ординатурі (для іноземних громадян).

Зарахування іноземців та осіб без громадянства до аспірантури за рахунок коштів фізичних або юридичних осіб відбувається протягом року.

Прийом на навчання іноземців та осіб без громадянства відбувається за результатами співбесіди зі спеціальності.

In 2021, Poltava State Medical University in accordance with the license and within the licensed volume announces admission to the training of specialists with higher education for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy, full-time (day-time and evening-time) and part-time forms of education in the field of knowledge 22 “Health care”, through postgraduate training according to the accredited specialties:

221 – Dentistry, training period: 4 years;

222 – Medicine, training period: 4 years;

and in the field of knowledge 09 “Biology”, specialty:

091 – Biology, training period: 4 years.

Poltava State Medical University in accordance with the license and within the licensed volume announces admission to the training of specialists with higher education for the degree of Doctor of Science for full-time education in the field of knowledge 22 “Health care” through doctoral studies according to the following specialties:

221 – Dentistry, training period: 2 years;

222 – Medicine, training period: 2 years.

Training of foreign citizens and stateless persons in postgraduate and doctoral studies is carried out at the expense of individuals or legal entities (under the terms of the contract).

For the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in postgraduate studies in the specialties of the relevant field, persons who have obtained a Master's degree (educational qualification level of a Specialist) in the relevant specialty are admitted.

For the degree of Doctor of Science in doctoral studies in the specialties of the relevant field, persons who have obtained the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Candidate of Sciences) in the relevant specialty are admitted.

Admission to postgraduate study of foreigners and stateless persons is carried out in accordance with the Laws of Ukraine “On Higher Education”, “On the Legal Status of Foreigners and Stateless Persons”, “On Ukrainians Abroad”, “On Refugees and Persons in Need of Additional or Temporary Protection”, Decree of the President of Ukraine as of June 3, 1994, No. 271 “On Measures to Develop Economic Cooperation of Regions of Ukraine with Adjacent Regions of the Republic of Belarus and Administrative-Territorial units of the Republic of Moldova”, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of September 11, 2013, No. 684 “Some Admission Issues for Foreigners and Stateless Persons”, Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine as of November 1, 2013, No. 1541 “Some Issues of Organization of Admission and Training (Internship) of Foreigners and Stateless Persons”, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 25, 2013, No. 2004/24536.

Applicants for postgraduate training submit the following documents to the Rector of Poltava State Medical University:

1) a handwritten application;

2) a personnel record card;

3) the list of published scientific works (if available);

4) a copy of the diploma of graduation from a higher education institution (for persons who have received relevant education abroad, - a copy of a nostrified diploma), a copy of a Master's degree diploma;

5) TOEFL, International English Language Testing System, Cambridge English Assessment, TestDaF, DELF, or DALF test certificates (if available).

6) a copy of passport and identification code.

A person who submits a diploma issued by a foreign institution of higher education for admission to postgraduate training is admitted to the entrance examinations on equal terms with other persons. Enrollment of such an applicant is carried out in case of successful completion of entrance examinations and the decision of the Academic Council of the University on the recognition of their diploma.

Additional list of documents for admission to postgraduate (doctoral) training in the field of knowledge 22 – Health care for applicants who will engage in medical and diagnostic activities in the process of conducting their research:

1) a copy of the certificate of a specialist doctor in the relevant specialty, the certificate of a specialist doctor after training in specialization cycles;

2) a copy of the certificate of the licensed integrated exam “Krok 3” or a certificate of training at clinical residency (for foreign citizens).

Enrollment of foreigners and stateless persons in postgraduate training at the expense of individuals or legal entities occurs throughout the year.

Admission of foreigners and stateless persons is based on the results of the interview in the specialty.
