Під авторством науковців УМСА побачив світ новий навчальний посібник

24 лютого 2020 року відбулася презентація новчального посібника під авторством доцентів УМСА: Наталії Чекаліної, Світлани Шуть, Юлії Лисанець та інш. 
«Організаційні аспекти системи медико-санітарної допомоги в Україні» - так назвали автори новий осібник для начання студентіів.
Він розширює уявлення про форми організації первинної медико-санітарної допомоги в нашій державі, тенденції її розвитку, обов'язки сімейного лікаря, особливості спілкування сімейного лікаря з пацієнтом і його сім'єю, а також, основи медичної статистики, необхідні для аналізу лікарської діяльності, і основи доказової медицини. 
Посібник буде корисним для іноземних студентів вищих закладів III-IV рівня акредитації, оскільки його викладено англійською та російською мовами, а також, він може бути використаний українськими студентами, інтернами, лікарями загальної практики – сімейної медицини, в тому числі і тими, які практикують вивчення медичної англійської мови.
У цьому посібнику висвітлено базові життєві питання, що стосуються практичної роботи сімейних лікарів – лікарів загальної практики, які вирішують основні завдання щодо захисту здоров'я населення нашої держави в процесі еволюції системи медичної допомоги. 
Автори також представили останні розроблені принципові положення та накази, які визначають якість обслуговування і захист здоров'я наших людей і сподіваються, що посібник буде корисним та знайде свого читача.

The present manual describes the forms of organization of primary health care in Ukraine, trends in its development, responsibilities of the family doctor, the features of communication of the family doctor with patients and their families, the basics of medical statistics and evidence-based medicine. 
The manual is intended for foreign students of higher medical institutions of the IIIrd-IVth accreditation level, and can also be used by interns and specialists in general practice – family medicine. 
Our state is currently at the stage of reforming and reorganizing the public health system. Significant radical changes occur at all three levels of public health services, but first of all they relate to primary health care, and are carried out by specialists of advanced public health link – general practitioners (family medicine practitioners). Despite the disadvantages and advantages that accompany the implementation of the public health reform program in our country, the main operating mechanisms of health care system for the Ukrainian population come down to creative professional relations between a primary care doctor and a patient.
At this stage, a modern family doctor should implement and apply a range of functionalities that can affect the basic health indicators of our population. This is high professionalism of the doctor as an organizer of public health, as a laboratory assistant, as a functionalist, as a clinician, as a teacher, as a psychologist, as an economist and manager, etc. Professional relations are established between medical professionals and organized population on the outpatient basis, that is, at the local level in regions, cities, production sites, and determine the success or failure, which leads to specific results in the work of medical institutions.
In this manual, we highlighted the basic vital issues related to the practical work of family doctors – general practitioners at the local level, where the basic tasks of health preservation of the Ukrainian population, the process of evolution and further development of the health care system in the constant dynamics are being addressed. Therefore, in this publication we applied the latest developed principles and orders that significantly affect the quality of health service and protect health of our population. At the forefront of the “trench” in the struggle for health of our nation, the most qualified, professionally trained and motivated medical practitioners should be placed, who have successfully completed their studies at higher educational institutions of Ukraine and are sufficiently oriented in matters of family medicine at the undergraduate stage.
