21 листопада співробітники кафедри пропедевтики внутрішньої медицини Тетяна Іваницька та Євген Петров провели бесіду зі студентами 23 та 25 груп 3 курсу міжнародного факультету з питань академічної доброчесності.

Розглянуто основні положення, надано відповіді на питання, які виникали у здобувачів вищої освіти. Учасники заходу виявили значну зацікавленість темою академічної доброчесності. Особливу увагу було приділено проблемі плагіату та його поширеності в сучасному інформаційному суспільстві. Також зупинилися на обговоренні довіри до інтернет-контенту, включно з ресурсами для навчання та професійного розвитку. Обговорили роль викладача у процесі вибору інформаційних джерел, правильності їх використання і посилання на запозичені ідеї та дослідження.

У спілкуванні взяв участь заступник декана міжнародного факультету та керівник групи сприяння академічної доброчесності, доцент Олександр Люлька, який підкреслив важливість проведення таких зустрічей.

Academic Integrity Without Borders

On November 21, faculty members of the Department of Propaedeutics of Internal Medicine Tetiana Ivanitska and Yevhen Petrov held a discussion with the 3-year students of Groups 23 and 25 of the International Faculty on the academic integrity.

The main provisions were considered, and answers were provided to questions raised by the students. Participants of the event demonstrated significant interest in the issue of academic integrity. Special attention was given to the problem of plagiarism and its prevalence in modern information society. They also discussed trust in internet content, including resources for learning and professional development. The role of the teacher in the process of selecting informational sources, the correctness of their use and referencing borrowed ideas and research were also discussed.

Associate Professor Oleksandr Liulka, Deputy Dean of the International Faculty and Head of the Academic Integrity Promotion Group, took part in the conversation, emphasizing the importance of conducting such meetings.
