На щорічній церемонії нагородження переможців регіонального етапу 17-го Національного конкурсу «Благодійна Україна-2023» - «Благодійна Полтавщина-2023», що проводить у Полтавському регіоні Благодійний фонд «Карітас Полтава», Почесну Відзнаку отримав колектив викладачів, студентів та випускників Полтавського державного медичного університету.
Дипломом за III-є місце у номінації «Доброчинність неурядового сектору» відзначили фахівців, випускників й студентів зі спеціалізації «Фізична та реабілітаційна медицина» ПДМУ за тематикою «Військова експрес превентивна реабілітація» (ВЕПР) під керівництвом обʼєднання фахівців - лікаря вищої категорії з фізичної та реабілітаційної медицини, кандидата медичних наук, доцента кафедри фізичної та реабілітаційної медицини ПДМУ Євгена Страшка.
Конкурс мав за мету стимулювати розвиток дієвого соціально орієнтованого благодійництва, меценатства та волонтерства в Україні, спрямованих на захист нашої країни у 2023 році. А ще - це додаткова можливість комунікації волонтерів та меценатів, обмін досвідом, пошук надважливих проєктів для співпраці.

The academics and students of PSMU became laureates of the regional competition "Charitable Poltava-2023": Working Towards Victory!
At the annual award ceremony for the winners of the regional stage of the 17th National competition "Charitable Ukraine-2023" - "Charitable Poltava-2023", organized in the Poltava region by the Charitable Foundation "Caritas Poltava", the collective of the academics, students, and alumni of Poltava State Medical University received an Honorary Award.
The experts, graduates, and students specializing in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine at PSMU, focusing on the theme "Military Express Preventive Rehabilitation (MEPR)", under the guidance of a team of experts led by Dr. Yevhen Strashko, the senior category physician in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine at PSMU were awarded the III place Diploma in the category "Charity of the non-governmental sector".
The competition aimed to stimulate the development of effective socially oriented philanthropy, patronage, and volunteerism in Ukraine, focused on the protection of our country in 2023. It also provided an additional opportunity for volunteers and patrons to communicate, exchange experiences, and find significant projects for cooperation.
