Останнім часом тема професійної орієнтації для старшокласників набуває надзвичайної актуальності, бо окрім існуючих факторів, що ускладнюють визначення напрямку професійної належності з’являються й інші. Серед них, зокрема, велика когорта нових професій, призначення яких не завжди є зрозумілим для пересічного громадянина; підвищення рівня вимог до претендентів на певну посаду, що спричинене досить жорсткою конкуренцією.
Профорієнтаційні проєкти дають змогу більш детально інформувати підростаюче покоління щодо особливостей якісної підготовки висококваліфікованих спеціалістів-медиків, а саме їх навчання у вищому медичному закладі. Такий підхід до вибору роду діяльності викликає у школярів зацікавленість, спонукає до свідомого вибору професії, відповідно до власних здібностей та інтересів, з урахуванням рівня запиту суспільства.
Нещодавно кафедру гістології, цитології та ембріології відвідали учні Полтавської загальноосвітньої школи №37. Під час екскурсії школярі відчули себе на місці здобувачів-медиків, а саме: проходили разом тестування та вивчали гістологічні препарати.
Гості кафедри отримали змістовну та корисну інформацію щодо особливостей форм навчання на кафедрі, вимог, які висуваються перед здобувачем вищої медичної освіти.
Увага школярів була акцентована на важливості опанування такої фундаментальної дисципліни, як гістологія, яка закладає основи для професійних знань та навичок майбутніх лікарів.
Колектив кафедри створює оптимальні умови для формування в учнівської молоді розуміння важливості й відповідальності першого кроку до вибору майбутньої професії, яка б відповідала інтересам, схильностям та здібностям особистості.
Сучасна профорієнтаційна робота кафедри гістології, цитології та ембріології є складовою частиною цілісної системи освітнього процесу та спрямована на підготовку молоді до свідомого вибору професії, до самостійного життя, здатності до професійного самовдосконалення, до співпраці та активності у трудовому житті.
Department of histology, cytology and embryology helping school leavers to choose their future profession
Recently, career guidance has become very important for high school students. New factors have emerged that make the choice of a career even more difficult, in addition to the existing factors that already make the process challenging. These include, in particular, a large cohort of new professions, the purpose of which is not always clear to the average citizen, and increased requirements for applicants for certain positions, which is caused by quite tough competition.
Career guidance projects enable us to provide the younger generation with detailed information about the specifics of quality training for highly qualified medical specialists, i.e., studying at a higher medical institution. This approach to career selection sparks students' interest and encourages them to choose a job that matches their skills and aptitudes, taking into account the demand for that profession in society.
Recently, schoolchildren from Poltava Secondary School No. 37 have visited our Department. They had a chance to experience what it's like to be a medical student during their visit. They took tests and studied histological specimens, immersing themselves in the world of medicine.
