Автори – професор Михайло Дельва та доценти Катерина Гринь і Вікторія Пінчук підготували і опублікували навчальний посібник «Основи медичної генетики» (частина перша), в якому висвітлено питання ролі спадковості в патології людини, викладені цитологічні та молекулярні основи спадковості людини, надана класифікація спадкової патології; дана характеристика методам медичної генетики. Окремий розділ присвячений семіотиці спадкової патології, опису фенотипу пацієнта з генетичними аномаліями, надана класифікація вад розвитку та узгодженості характеру порушень з етапами онтогенезу. Навчальне видання проілюстроване для більш чіткого засвоєння викладеного матеріалу.
Навчальний посібник рекомендовано для здобувачів вищої освіти другого (магістерського) рівня, які навчаються за спеціальністю 222 «Медицина» та 228 «Педіатрія» у закладах вищої освіти МОЗ України галузі знань 22 Охорона здоров’я, а також лікарів-інтернів, курсантів, практикуючих лікарів.
The team of authors from the Department of Neurological Disorders presented an educational manual on medical genetics
The authors, Professor Mykhailo Delva and Associate Professors Kateryna Hryn and Victoria Pinchuk, prepared and published the educational manual "Fundamentals of Medical Genetics" (Part One). The manual highlights the role of heredity in human pathology, elucidates the cytological and molecular foundations of human heredity, provides a classification of genetic pathology and describes the methods of medical genetics. A separate section is dedicated to the semiotics of genetic pathology, the description of the patient's phenotype with genetic anomalies, and the classification of developmental defects, correlating the nature of disorders with ontogenetic stages. The educational publication is illustrated for a clearer understanding of the presented material.
The educational manual is recommended for students pursuing higher education at the second (Master's) level in the specialties of 222 "Medicine" and 228 "Pediatrics" at higher education institutions of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in the field of knowledge 22 "Health." It is also recommended for medical interns, trainees, and practicing physicians.
