До ювілею завідувача кафедри психіатрії, наркології та медичної психології, професора Андрія Скрипнікова опубліковано колективну монографію "Ментальне здоров'я населення Полтавської області". Вона присвячена багаторічній праці професора Андрія Скрипнікова - вчителя, лікаря та науковця, під керівництвом якого досліджено різноманітні аспекти порушень ментального здоров'я населення Полтавської області, розроблено та оновлено методи діагностики та терапії. У колективній монографії подано сучасну інформацію щодо етіопатогенетичних теорій формування психогенних психічних розладів, наведено їх розповсюдження та клінічна характеристика, висвітлено епідеміологічні дані маніакальних станів, шизофренії та розладів шизофренічного спектру, суїцидальної поведінки у дорослого населення та підлітків. Значну увагу приділено питанням ментального здоров’я молоді та дітей, аспектам формування розладів аутистичного спектру, аналізу поширеності захворюваності на епілепсію у дитячому віці.
Collective Monograph "Mental Health of the Population of the Poltava Region" Released
On the occasion of the anniversary of Professor Andrii Skrypnykov, the Head of the Department of Psychiatry, Narcology and Medical Psychology, a collective monograph "Mental Health of the Population of the Poltava Region" has been published. It is dedicated to the many years of work by Professor Andrii Skrypnykov – an educator, physician and researcher, under whose leadership various aspects of mental health disorders in the population of the Poltava region have been investigated, and diagnostic and therapeutic methods have been developed and updated. The collective monograph provides contemporary information on the etiopathogenetic theories of psychogenic mental disorders, presents their prevalence and clinical characteristics, highlights epidemiological data on manic states, schizophrenia and disorders of the schizophrenic spectrum, as well as suicidal behavior in the adult population and adolescents. Significant attention is given to the issues of mental health of youth and children, aspects of the formation of autistic spectrum disorders and an analysis of the prevalence of epilepsy in childhood.
