На кафедрі оториноларинголоії з офтальмологією вже стало традицією проводити в кінці червня Круглий стіл "Скліфосовські читання". Цьогоріч конференція була присвячена історії отоларингологічної служби Полтавщини та видатним діячам медицини. 

Крім співробітників кафедри, лікарів-інтернів та здобувачів освіти на Круглий стіл були запрошені завідувач ЛОР-відділення ПОКЛ 1996 -2014 рр. Микола Пономаренко та завідувач ЛОР-відділення 2-ої МКЛ 1991-2020 рр. Юрій Трубчинін.

Микола Пономаренко ознайомив молодих спеціалістів з історією отоларингологічної служби Полтавської області. У своїй доповіді він зазначив, що спеціалізована отоларингологічна допомога на Полтавщині почала надаватися з часу організації земських лікарень (кінець XIX – початок XX століття).

У свою чергу, Юрій Трубчинін розповів про створення та функціонування ЛОР-відділення 2-ої МКЛ.

Завідувач кафедри оториноларингології з офтальмологією Михайло Безега запропонував до уваги слухачів доповідь про життєвий шлях ректора ПМСІ/УМСА 1987 -2003 рр. Миколи Скрипнікова.

З біографією Миколи Скліфосовського ознайомила лікар-інтерн 2-ого року навчання Анаїт Арутюнян.

І вже за традицією, після Круглого стола його учасники відвідали могилу видатного хірурга М. В. Скліфосовського.

Round table " Sklifosovsky readings": an excursion into history, reports, flowers on the grave of an outstanding surgeon

At the Department of Otorhinolaryngology and Ophthalmology, it has already become a tradition to hold the Round Table " Sklifosovsky readings" at the end of June. This year's conference was dedicated to the history of the otolaryngological service of Poltava region and prominent medical figures. 

In addition to the department's staff, interns and students, Mykola Ponomarenko, the Head of the ENT unit of PRCH 1996-2014, and Yurii Trubchynin, the Head of the ENT unit of the 2nd CCL 1991-2020, were invited to the Round Table.

Mykola Ponomarenko introduced the young specialists to the history of the otolaryngological service of the Poltava region. In his report, he noted that specialized otolaryngological care in Poltava region began to be provided since the organization of zemstvo hospitals (end of the 19th - beginning of the 20th century).

In turn, Yurii Trubchynin spoke about the creation and functioning of the ENT unit of the 2nd CCH.

The Head of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology and Ophthalmology, Mykhailo Bezeha, made the audience a report on the life path of the rector of PMSI/UMSA 1987-2003, Mykola Skrypnikov.

Mykola Sklifosovsky's biography was introduced by Anait Arutiunian, an intern in the 2nd year of training.

And according to tradition, after the Round Table, its participants visited the grave of the outstanding surgeon M.V. Sklifosovsky.
