17 травня у Міжнародний день музеїв викладачі кафедри дитячої стоматології з лікарями-інтернами 15-ої групи відвідали пам’ятні міста, пов’язані з життям класика нової української літератури І. П. Котляревського. Почали екскурсію з першого в історії пам’ятника поету, уродженцю Полтави, відкритому у 1903 році, який є історичною та культурною цінністю завдяки горельєфам, що відтворюють три епізоди з творів Котляревського - по одному з «Енеїди», «Наталки Полтавки» і «Москаля-чарівника».

Велику зацікавленість викликало відвідування садиби-музею, що розташовується на названій на честь письменника Івановій горі. Автентичні меморіальні речі, атмосфера родинної старовинної оселі надихнули лікарів-інтернів до більш глибокого вивчення літературної спадщини славетного земляка.

Interns interested in the literary heritage of the famous countryman

On May 17, on the International Museum Day, the lecturers of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry together with the interns of the group 15 visited the memorable cities associated with the life of the classic of modern Ukrainian literature I.P. Kotliarevskyi. The tour began with the first-ever monument to the poet, a native of Poltava, unveiled in 1903, which is of historical and cultural value due to the high reliefs depicting three episodes from Kotliarevskyi's works - one from the “Aeneid”, “Natalka Poltavka”, and “Moskal the Magician”.

A visit to the estate-museum named after the writer located on Ivanova Hora aroused great interest. Authentic memorabilia and the atmosphere of the family's old house inspired the interns to study the literary heritage of their famous countryman in more depth.
