9 листопада 2023 року професор кафедри оториноларингології з офтальмологією Юрій Гасюк провів майстер-клас для лікарів-слухачів циклу ТУ «Сучасні ендоскопічні технології в отоларингології», присвячений малоінвазивним ендоназальним оперативним втручанням. Захід відбувся в отоларингологічному відділенні КП «2-а МКЛ ПМР», де розташована клінічна база кафедри оториноларингології з офтальмологією. Під час практичної частини професором Юрієм Гасюком було проведене ендоскопічне оперативне втручання в порожнині носа та приносових пазухах. Для присутньої на операції професійної аудиторії, хірург детально коментував кожний етап роботи, роз’яснював усі особливості представленого клінічного випадку, акцентував увагу на перевагах технологій, що використовував. Після завершення хірургічного втручання відбулася активна дискусія, під час якої учасники обговорювали окремі нюанси ведення пацієнтів в післяопераційному періоді, можливі ризики розвитку післяопераційних ускладнень та шляхи їх мінімізації. Високий рівень професіоналізму викладачів кафедри та достатнє технічне забезпечення дозволили лікарям-слухачам ознайомитися з останніми світовими досягненнями в риносинусохірургії, здобути нові знання та підвищити власну фахову майстерність.

Master class at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology with Ophthalmology
On November 9, 2023, Professor Yurii Hasiuk, Department of Otorhinolaryngology with Ophthalmology, conducted a master class for the physicians participating in the training cycle "Modern Endoscopic Technologies in Otolaryngology." The focus of the master class was on minimally invasive endonasal surgical interventions. The event took place at the Otorhinolaryngological Department of the Municipal Enterprise "2nd City Clinical Hospital of Poltava City Council," which is the clinical base of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology with Ophthalmology.
During the practical session, Professor Yurii Hasiuk performed an endoscopic surgical intervention in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. Throughout the procedure, the surgeon provided detailed commentary on each stage of the operation, explained all the nuances of the presented clinical case, and emphasized the advantages of the technologies used. Following the surgical intervention, an active discussion took place, during which participants discussed specific aspects of patient management in the postoperative period, potential risks of postoperative complications and ways to minimize them.
The high level of professionalism among the faculty members of the department and the adequate technical resources allowed the attending doctors to familiarize themselves with the latest global achievements in rhinosinus surgery, acquire new knowledge, and enhance their professional skills.
