Викладачі кафедри біології ПДМУ взяли участь у роботі журі ІІ етапу Всеукраїнського конкурсу-захисту науково-дослідницьких робіт МАН.

1. Секція «Медицина та біологія» - професорка Галина Єрошенко 
2. Секція «Загальна біологія. Ботаніка» - доцентка Анжела Ваценко.
3. Секція «Технологія виробництва продукції тваринництва та ветеринарна медицина» - доцентка Наталія Улановська-Циба 
4. Секція «Зоологія» - доктор філософії Костянтин Шевченко.

Програмою заходу було передбачено участь школярів у трьох розділах:

•  заочне оцінювання дослідницьких робіт; 
• постерний захист; 
• наукова конференція.

Для роботи секцій, як відзначили науковці ПДМУ, члени журі, були створені комфортні умови. Конкурсанти продемонстрували результативні онлайн-виступи у сучасних науково-освітніх локаціях, навчальних лабораторіях та аудиторіях. Цьогоріч 549 конкурсантів - школярів 8-х – 11-х класів виявили бажання взяти участь в обласному етапі конкурсу-захисту. А членами журі секцій були науково-педагогічні працівники закладів вищої освіти області. На кафедрі біології, зокрема, працювали три секції.

До слова, діяльність МАН спрямована на виявлення, розвиток і підтримку обдарованих, здібних до науки дітей. Полтавський державний медичний університет, як один із найпотужніших Університетів Полтавщини, щорічно активно долучається до цього заходу і постійно запрошує обдарованих та мотивованих учасників престижного конкурсу до отримання професії медика у ПДМУ.

The II stage of the All-Ukrainian competition-defense of research papers of the Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine: PSMU scholars evaluated the works of participants

The faculty members of the Department of Biology of PSMU took part in the work of the jury of the II stage of the All-Ukrainian competition-defense of research papers of the JAS.

1. Section "Medicine and Biology" - Professor Halyna Yeroshenko. 
2. Section "General Biology. Botany" - Associate Professor Anzhela Vatsenko.
3. Section "Technology of animal production and veterinary medicine" - Associate Professor Nataliia Ulanovska-Tsyba. 
4. Section "Zoology" - Doctor of Philosophy Kostiantyn Shevchenko.

The program of the event provided for the participation of schoolchildren in three sections:

• correspondence evaluation of research papers;
• poster defense;
• scientific conference.

The PSMU scholars and jury members noted that comfortable conditions were created for the work of the sections. The contestants demonstrated effective online presentations in modern scientific and educational locations, laboratories and classrooms. This year, 549 contestants - 8th - 11th grade schoolchildren- expressed a desire to participate in the regional stage of the defense competition. The members of the jury of the sections were scientific and pedagogical staff of higher education institutions of the region. The Department of Biology, in particular, had three sections.

Noteworthy, the activities of the Junior Academy of Sciences are aimed at identifying, developing and supporting gifted children capable of science. Poltava State Medical University, as one of the most powerful universities in Poltava region, actively joins this event every year and constantly invites talented and motivated participants of the prestigious competition to become a medical professional at PSMU.
