4-5 жовтня 2023 року у селі Татарів, що на Івано-Франківщині відбулись засідання Ради експертів – Робочої групи з порушень ритму серця Всеукраїнської асоціації кардіологів України та Президії Всеукраїнської асоціації аритмологів України. У роботі засідань Ради експертів взяв участь завідувач кафедри внутрішньої медицини № 2 Полтавського державного медичного , професор Іван Катеренчук.
На засіданнях Ради експертів обговорили питання клінічної аритмології та електрофізіології, діагностики, лікування та профілактики ускладнень порушень серцевого ритму, а також визначені напрями покращення організації надання медичної допомоги хворим з порушеннями серцевого ритму.
Підсумком роботи стало удосконалення Національних рекомендацій з діагностики та лікування порушень ритму та провідності серця.
Учасники Ради експертів відвідали сучасний лікувально-оздоровчий комплекс курорту Буковель – Resort Medical Park, де ознайомились з сучасними технологіями реабілітаційної терапії і, зокрема, з можливостями кардіореабілітації.
Сучасні особливості надання медичної допомоги будуть впроваджені як у лікувальний, так і в навчальний процес, що сприятиме покращенню якості підготовки майбутніх лікарів та проведенню лікувального процесу в клініці.
Ivano-Frankivsk region hosted the Council of Experts – Working Group on heart arrhythmia
On October 4-5, 2023, in the village of Tatariw in Ivano-Frankivsk region, meetings of the Council of Experts - Working Group on Heart Arrhythmia of the All-Ukrainian Association of Cardiologists of Ukraine and the Presidium of the All-Ukrainian Association of Arrhythmologists of Ukraine were held. The Head of the Department of Internal Medicine No. 2 of Poltava State Medical University, Professor Ivan Katerenchuk, participated in the work of the Council of Experts.
During the meetings of the Council of Experts, issues of clinical arrhythmology and electrophysiology, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of complications of heart arrhythmia were discussed. Directions for improving the organization of medical care for patients with heart arrhythmia were also identified.
The result of the work was the improvement of the National Recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of rhythm and conduction disorders of the heart.
The participants of the Council of Experts visited the modern therapeutic and recreational complex of the Bukovel Resort - Resort Medical Park, where they were introduced to the state-of-the-art technologies of rehabilitation therapy, including the possibilities of cardiorehabilitation.
Current features of providing medical care will be implemented both in the treatment and educational process, which will contribute to the improvement of the quality of training of future physicians and treatment in the hospital.
