Відбулося засідання вченої ради навчально-наукового інституту післядипломної освіти Полтавського державного медичного університету.
Щодо організації практичної частини інтернатури з фаху «Загальна практика-сімейна медицина» на базах стажування доповіла доцент закладу вищої освіти кафедри сімейної медицини і терапії Євдокія Кітура, яка представила інформацію про розподіл лікарів-інтернів по базах стажування та акцентувала увагу на особливостях організації їх підготовки за новою освітньою програмою.
Директор навчально-наукового інституту післядипломної освіти Алла Марченко виступила щодо результатів перевірки баз стажування – центрів первинної медико-санітарної допомоги м. Полтави. У роботі комісії з перевірки баз стажування безпосередню участь брала заступник головного лікарня
КП «Полтавська обласна клінічна лікарня ім. М.В. Скліфосовського Полтавської обласної ради», відповідальна за інтернатуру по ДОЗ Полтавської ОВА Тетяна Ворошилова, яка у своєму виступі на засіданні вченої ради наголосила на важливості тісної співпраці профільної кафедри та керівників інтернатури на базах стажування. Комісія позитивно оцінила організацію практичної частини інтернатури з фаху «Загальна практика-сімейна медицина» на базах стажування.
В.о. завідувача кафедри хірургії №1 Микола Кравців доповів про стан виконання ліцензійних умов науково-педагогічними працівниками кафедри та окреслив завдання щодо покращення показників у майбутньому.
З аналізом перевірки стану виконання ліцензійних умов науково-педагогічними працівниками кафедри хірургії №1 від комісії виступила заступник директора ННІПО Ганна Давиденко, яка акцентувала увагу
на особливостях виконання певних підпунктів Ліцензійних умов співробітниками кафедри.
З доповіддю щодо стану виховної роботи з лікарями-інтернами та слухачами на кафедрі шкірних та венеричних хвороб виступила завідувач кафедри Яна Ємченко.
У роботі вченої ради ННІПО брав участь проректор закладу вищої освіти з науково-педагогічної роботи та післядипломної освіти проф. Ігор Скрипник, який виступив із питанням щодо рекомендацій кандидатур професорсько-викладацького складу університету до робочих груп МОЗ України із розробки галузевих стандартів кваліфікаційних характеристик лікарів-спеціалістів; акцентував увагу присутніх на особливостях формування навчально-виробничого плану підготовки лікарів-інтернів та слухачів на 2024 рік.
Important Issues Discussed at the Meeting of the Scientific Council of the Academic and Research Institute of Postgraduate Education
A meeting of the Scientific Council of the Academic and Research Institute of Postgraduate Education at Poltava State Medical University took place. During the meeting, several important matters were discussed.
Associate Professor of the Department of Family Medicine and Therapy, Yevdokiia Kitura, delivered a report on the organization of the practical part of internship in the field of "General Practice-Family Medicine" at the training bases. She provided information on the allocation of intern doctors to training bases and emphasized the specifics of their training under the new educational program.
Alla Marchenko, Director of the Academic and Research Institute of Postgraduate Education, addressed the results of the inspection of internship training bases, specifically the primary medical-sanitary care centers in Poltava. The commission for checking the training bases was actively involved in this process, including the Deputy Chief Medical Officer of the Poltava Regional Clinical Hospital named after M.V. Sklifosovsky of the Poltava Regional Council, responsible for internship in the Department of Health of the Poltava Regional State Administration, Tetiana Voroshilova. In her speech at the meeting of the scientific council, she emphasized the importance of close cooperation between the specialized department and the heads of internship at the training bases. The commission positively evaluated the organization of the practical part of the internship in the field of "General Practice-Family Medicine" at the training bases.
Acting Head of the Department of Surgery No.1, Mykola Kravtsiv, reported on the status of compliance with the license conditions by the academic staff of the department and outlined tasks for improving performance in the future.
Deputy Director of the ARIPE, Hanna Davydenko, presented the analysis of the inspection of compliance with license conditions by the academic staff of the Department of Surgery No.1. She focused on the specifics of compliance with certain subpoints of the license conditions by the department's staff.
Head of the Department of Dermatology and Venereology, Yana Yemchenko, delivered a report on the state of educational work with intern doctors and trainees.
The meeting of the scientific council of the ARIPE was attended by the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Postgraduate Education, Prof. Igor Skrypnyk, who raised the issue of recommendations from the university's faculty for the working groups of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in developing industry standards for qualifications of specialist physicians. He emphasized the peculiarities of forming the educational-production plan for the training of intern doctors and trainees for the year 2024.
