Професор кафедри пропедевтики внутрішньої медицини Наталія Чекаліна пройшла міжнародне науково-педагогічне стажування у м. Вільнюс (Литва) "Advanced practices and innovations in higher education: international experience of Lithuania" ("Передові практики та інновації у вищій освіті: міжнародний досвід Литви") у дистанційному режимі, яке тривало 4 місяці і складалося з трьох змістових модулів по 60 годин.
В процесі стажування відбулися круглі столи, симпозіуми, конференції, лекції та зустрічі. Учасники ознайомилися з організацією освітнього процесу в університетах Литви, з підготовкою докторів філософії, формуванням литовських наукових школ. Відбулися лекції з педагогіки, психології, обговорювалися теми планування наукових досліджень та проектів, використання штучного інтелекту у освітньому середовищі. Велика увага приділялася українсько-литовській взаємодії під час війни.
У рамках стажування колеги ділилися власним педагогічним досвідом. Професор Наталія Чекаліна мала доповідь с питань оптимізації міжособистісних стосунків у освітньому середовищі та формування ефективних творчих груп. Усі учасники стажування стали членами Наукового товариства Литви з метою подальшої плідної взаємодії щодо розвитку та впровадження сучасних освітніх технологій в Україні та організації спільних наукових, освітніх та соціальних проектів.

Traineeship for teaching staff in Lithuania
Professor Nataliia Chekalina from the Department of Propaedeutics of Internal Medicine completed an international traineeship "Advanced Practices and Innovations in Higher Education: International Experience of Lithuania" held in Vilnius, Lithuania. The traineeship was conducted online, lasted four months, and comprised three content modules of 60 hours each.
During the traineeship, round tables, symposia, conferences, lectures, and meetings took place. Participants became acquainted with the organization of the educational process in Lithuanian universities, the PhD studies, and the formation of Lithuanian scientific schools. Lectures on pedagogy and psychology were delivered, and topics such as the planning of scientific research and projects and the use of artificial intelligence in the educational environment were discussed. Significant attention was given to Ukrainian-Lithuanian interaction during the war.
As part of the traineeship, colleagues shared their own pedagogical experiences. Professor Nataliia Chekalina made a presentation on optimizing interpersonal relationships in the educational environment and forming effective creative teams. All trainees became members of the Lithuanian Scientific Society to foster further fruitful interaction in the development and implementation of modern educational technologies in Ukraine and the organization of joint scientific, educational, and social projects.
