У сучасному світі, де цифрові технології пронизують майже кожну сферу життя, розвиток цифрової компетентності викладачів ЗВО стає не просто важливою, а й необхідною умовою для ефективного виконання їхніх професійних обов'язків. Підвищити рівень цифрової компетентності та пізнати нове вирішили і викладачі кафедри Анна Лавренко, Яніна Авраменко, Наталія Герасименко, Оксана Бєлан, Наталія Дігтяр, Марина Куліш. Вони всі успішно пройшли онлайн-курс «Цифрові навички для освіти з Google» з 19 березня до 1 травня 2024 року, який організовано компанією «Google» у співпраці з Міністерством освіти і науки України.
Онлайн-курс мав на меті поглибити цифрові навички педагогічних і науково-педагогічних працівників щодо організації безпечного цифрового освітнього середовища за допомогою інструментів Google Workspace for Education та його наповнення. Упродовж курсу освітяни мали змогу долучитися до інтерактивних завдань, челенджів та наживо проконсультуватися з тренером, що надзвичайно допомагало в навчанні та було корисно і цікаво.
Форми контролю за роботою учасників курсу включали в себе тестування наприкінці кожного тематичного блоку та фінальне підсумкове тестування за результатами курсу. За підсумками опанування курсу учасники отримали сертифікати.
Принагідно, розвиток цифрової компетентності викладача ЗВО – це інвестиція в майбутнє освіти. Викладачі, які володіють цифровими компетенціями, можуть зробити освіту більш якісною, доступною та цікавою для студентів, а також допомогти їм підготуватися до успішного життя в майбутньому.
Learning every day, improving skills all the time
In today's world, where digital technologies permeate almost every sphere of life, the development of digital competence of university teachers is becoming not only important but also a prerequisite for the effective performance of their professional duties. The department's faculty members Anna Lavrenko, Yanina Avramenko, Natalia Gerasymenko, Oksana Bielan, Nataliia Digtyar, and Maryna Kulish also decided to improve their digital competence and learn new things. They all successfully completed the online course “Digital Skills for Education with Google” from March 19 to May 1, 2024, organized by Google in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
The online course was aimed at deepening the digital skills of teachers and researchers in organizing a safe digital learning environment using Google Workspace for Education tools and its content. During the course, educators had the opportunity to join interactive tasks, challenges, and consult with the trainer live, which was extremely helpful in learning and was useful and interesting.
The forms of control over the work of the course participants included testing at the end of each thematic block and the final test based on the results of the course. Upon completion of the course, participants received certificates.
Developing the digital competence of a university teacher is an investment in the future of education. Teachers with digital competencies can make education more qualitative, accessible, and interesting for students, as well as help them prepare for a successful life in the future.
