20 січня 2024 року в КП «2-а МКЛ ПМР» відбувся Всеукраїнський майстер-клас з ендовідеолапароскопічної реконструктивної гінекології. До участі запросили науковців ПДМУ, практикуючих лікарів Полтавських міських лікарень та лікарів із Харкова, Сум, Гадяча. Захід відбувся за сприяння ПДМУ та Департаменту охорони здоров’я ПМР. Провів майстер-клас директор КП" 2-а МКЛ ПМР," д. мед. наук, професор Максим Дудченко.
До слова, від початку повномасштабного вторгнення такі майстер-класи вже стали традиційними. Полтавські лікарі переймали досвід у кращих фахівців України і Європи. І ось тепер досвідом діляться у Полтаві.
" Це надзвичайно важливо. Адже хвороби існують попри війну і бойові дії. Сьогодні ми, як ніколи, повинні мати в арсеналі якомога більший спектр оперативних втручань, добре розуміємо, що на нас покладена відповідальна місія - збереження здоров'я нації," – відкриваючи майстер-клас, сказав Максим Дудченко.
Під час майстер класу виконали дві операції.
«У першої пацієнтки було діагностовані повний пролапс матки, грижа передньої стінки черевної порожнини. Також вона мала й інші патології матки. За нашою методикою була виконана лапароскопічна пангістеректомія з білатеральною фіксацією культі вагіни поліпропіленовою сіткою та герніопластика. Під час другої операції пацієнтці похилого віку виконали лапароскопічну фіксацію матки по Кохеру. Тривала вона близько 15 хвилин. Зазвичай такі втручання виконують хворим, які мають супутні патології та яким протипоказані тривалі за часом втручання. Участь у подібних заходах дуже важлива для наших інтернів. Адже найкращі, найцінніші знання та навички отримуються саме в операційній», - розповів після операції завідувач кафедри хірургії№ 1 ПДМУ Микола Кравців.
По завершенню майстер-класу були підбиті підсумки, а кожному учаснику вручили сертифікати.

On January 20, 2024, a nationwide master class on endovideolaparoscopic reconstructive gynecology took place at the CE "2nd Municipal Clinical Hospital of Poltava City Council." Researchers from Poltava State Medical University, physicians from Poltava city hospitals, as well as physicians from Kharkiv, Sumy and Hadiach were invited to participate. The event was held with the support of Poltava State Medical University and the Department of Health of the Poltava City Council. The master class was conducted by Professor Maksym Dudchenko, DMSc, the Director of the CE "2nd Municipal Clinical Hospital of Poltava City Council."
Notably, since the beginning of full-scale invasion, such master classes have become a tradition. The physicians from Poltava have learned from the best specialists in Ukraine and Europe, and now they are sharing their experience in Poltava.
"This is extremely important because diseases exist despite war and hostilities. At present, more than ever, we must have the widest possible range of surgical interventions. We understand well that a responsible mission is entrusted to us - preserving the health of the nation," said Maksym Dudchenko, opening the master class.
During the master class, two surgeries were performed. "The first patient was diagnosed with complete uterine prolapse, hernia of the anterior wall of the abdominal cavity, and other uterine pathologies. Using our technique, laparoscopic panhysterectomy with bilateral fixation of the vaginal cuff with polypropylene mesh and hernioplasty was performed. During the second operation, laparoscopic fixation of the uterus by Kocher's method was performed on an elderly patient. It lasted about 15 minutes. Such interventions are usually performed on patients with concomitant pathologies for whom long-duration procedures are contraindicated over time. Participation in such events is crucial for our interns because the best and most valuable knowledge and skills are gained precisely in the operating room," explained Mykola Kravtsiv, the Head of the Department of Surgery №1 at Poltava State Medical University, after the surgery.
At the end of the master class, conclusions were drawn, and certificates were awarded to each participant.
