Викладачка ЗВО ПДМУ Марина Бичко провела виховну годину зі здобувачами вищої освіти І курсу 7 групи медичного факультету №1 до Всесвітнього дня боротьби зі СНІДом.

Разом з викладачем здобувачі вищої освіти поглибили свої знання про ВІЛ/СНІД, можливі шляхи інфікування та обговорили чого не варто боятися при спілкуванні з ВІЛ-інфікованими людьми. Обговорили проблему стигматизації та дискримінації в суспільстві щодо людей з відповідними діагнозами. Розглянули статистичні дані щодо поширення ВІЛ-інфекції на території України та по кожній з областей, а також вивчили статистику захворюваності станом на 1.10.2024 року. Ознайомилися з методами профілактики та захисту щодо ВІЛ/СНІД у повсякденному житті та у професійній діяльності медичних працівників.

Discussing Issues at the Medical Level

Lecturer of PSMU, MarYna Bychko, conducted an educational session with first-year students of group 7 from the Medical Faculty №1 to mark the World AIDS Day.

Together with the lecturer, the students deepened their knowledge about HIV/AIDS, possible routes of transmission, and discussed what should not be feared when interacting with people living with HIV. They also addressed the issue of stigma and discrimination in society towards people with these diagnoses. The session included a review of statistical data on the spread of HIV infection in Ukraine and across its regions, as well as the morbidity statistics as of October 1, 2024. The students also explored methods of prevention and protection against HIV/AIDS in everyday life and in the professional activities of healthcare workers.
