Складно говорити про час, що минає. Це – рік трагедій, втрат, болю і гіркоти. Але разом з тим – величезної гордості, надії, сподівань та віри у нашу ВЕЛИКУ ПЕРЕМОГУ! Ми продовжували працювати, долати складнощі та покоряти вершини науки. У нас є чим пишатися та чим звітувати.
Цього тижня у нашому університеті відбулися 3 публічні захисти дисертаційних робіт на здобуття ступеня доктора філософії (PhD) у галузі знань 22 «Охорона здоров’я» за спеціальністю 222 «Медицина».
5 грудня 2023 році свої наукові здобутки на розгляд разової спеціалізованої вченої ради представив лікар-хірург серцево-судинного відділення інтервенційної радіології з блоком інтенсивної терапії та рентгенхірургічним блоком КП «Полтавська обласна клінічна лікарня імені М.В.Скліфосовського Полтавської обласної ради» Пузирьов Гай Сергійович, робота якого була присвячена удосконаленню методів діагностики і рентгенендоваскулярного лікування хворих з ішемічною формою синдрому діабетичної стопи (науковий керівник – доктор медичних наук, професор Ляховський Віталій Іванович). Його наукові здобутки оцінювали висококласні фахівці, науковий пошук яких дозволив їм стати членами разової спеціалізованої вченої ради за даною тематикою. Головував на засіданні Катеренчук Іван Петрович, доктор медичних наук, професор, завідувач кафедри внутрішньої медицини №2 Полтавського державного медичного університету МОЗ України. Рецензували наукову роботу доктор медичних наук, професор закладу вищої освіти кафедри хірургії №1 Полтавського державного медичного університету Лисенко Руслан Борисович та кандидат медичних наук, доцент кафедри ендокринології з дитячими інфекційними хворобами Полтавського державного медичного університету Шаєнко Златослава Олексіївна. Опонентами виступили кращі фахівці з хірургії: доктор медичних наук, професор кафедри хірургічних хвороб №1 ПЗВО «Київський медичний університет» Діденко Сергій Миколайович та доктор медичних наук, професор, завідувач відділу гострих захворювань судин ДУ “Харківський інститут загальної та невідкладної хірургії ім. В.Т. Зайцева НАМН України” Прасол Віталій Олександрович.
Дисертаційну роботу на тему «Оптимізація діагностики та лікування серцевої недостатності у хворих із гострим інфарктом міокарда в поєднанні з цукровим діабетом 2 типу» 6 грудня 2023 року захищала здобувачка кафедри внутрішніх хвороб та медицини невідкладних станів Співак Юлія Анатоліївна (науковий керівник – доктор медичних наук, професор Потяженко Максим Макарович). Для опоненції були запрошені висококваліфіковані спеціалісти з Харківського національного медичного університету МОЗ України доктор медичних наук, професор, завідувач кафедри внутрішньої медицини №3 та ендокринології Журавльова Лариса Володимирівна та доктор медичних наук, професор, завідувач відділу клінічної фармакології та фармакогенетики неінфекційних захворювань ДУ «Національний інститут терапії імені Л. Т. Малої НАМН України» Рудик Юрій Степанович. Рецензували наукову роботу фахівці нашого університету: Шапошник Ольга Анатоліївна, кандидат медичних наук, доцент закладу вищої освіти кафедри внутрішньої медицини №1 та Шаєнко Златослава Олексіївна, кандидат медичних наук, доцент закладу вищої освіти кафедри ендокринології з дитячими інфекційними хворобами. Головувала на засіданні доктор медичних наук, професор закладу вищої освіти кафедри пропедевтики внутрішньої медицини Чекаліна Наталія Ігорівна.
А вже 7 грудня 2023 року свої наукові результати презентувала лікар судово-медичний експерт Обласного бюро судово-медичної експертизи Департаменту охорони здоров’я Полтавської обласної державної адміністрації Мустафіна Галія Міркатівна на тему «Структурно-функціональні особливості печінки за умов комбінованого впливу харчових добавок» (науковий керівник – доктор медичних наук, професор Старченко Іван Іванович).
У роботі ради взяли участь провідні науковці з морфологічних дисциплін. Головував на засіданні разової спеціалізованої вченої ради доктор медичних наук, професор Шепітько Володимир Іванович, завідувач кафедри гістології, цитології та ембріології Полтавського державного медичного університету МОЗ України. В якості опонентів виступили доктор медичних наук, професор Козлов Сергій Володимирович, декан факультету медицини і фармації Дніпровського державного медичного університету МОЗ України та доктор медичних наук, професор Небесна Зоя Михайлівна, завідувач кафедри гістології та ембріології Тернопільського національного медичного університету імені І.Я.Горбачевського МОЗ України. Рецензували наукові досягнення здобувача доктор медичних наук, професор Костенко Віталій Олександрович, завідувач кафедри патофізіології та доктор біологічних наук, професор Білаш Сергій Михайлович, завідувач кафедри анатомії з клінічною анатомією та оперативною хірургією нашого університету.
Здобувачі представили глибокі наукові результати, обґрунтували практичне значення своїх здобутків та гідно проявили себе як кваліфіковані спеціалісти та компетентні науковці.
Вітаємо Гая Сергійовича, Юлію Анатоліївну, Галію Міркатівну та їх керівників з успішним захистом дисертацій!

As the year 2023 comes to a close, we traditionally take stock. It is difficult to speak about the passing time. This year has been marked by tragedies, losses, pain and bitterness. However, along with that, there is immense pride, hope, expectations and faith in our GREAT VICTORY! We continued to work, overcome challenges and conquer the peaks of science. We have much to be proud of and report.
This week, three public defenses of doctoral dissertations for the attainment of a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in the field of knowledge 22 "Health" in specialization 222 "Medicine" took place at our university.
On December 5, 2023, the achievements of the cardiovascular surgeon Hai Puzyriov were presented for consideration by a one-time specialized scientific council. Dr. Puzyriov works in the interventional radiology department with an intensive care unit and an X-ray surgical block at the Municipal Clinical Hospital named after M.V. Sklifosovsky of the Poltava Regional Council. His research focused on improving the methods of diagnosis and X-ray endovascular treatment for patients with the ischemic form of diabetic foot syndrome. The scientific supervision was provided by Professor Vitalii Liakhovskyi, Doctor of Medical Sciences. His scientific achievements were evaluated by high-class experts, whose scientific contributions allowed them to become members of the one-time specialized scientific council on this topic. The session was chaired by Professor Ivan Katerenchuk, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Head of the Department of Internal Medicine No. 2 at the Poltava State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. The scientific work was reviewed by Professor Ruslan Lysenko, Department of Surgery No. 1, and Zlatoslava Shaenko, Associate Professor at the Department of Endocrinology with Pediatric and Infectious Diseases. The opposition was composed of distinguished experts in surgery: Professor Serhii Didenko, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Department of Surgical Diseases No. 1 of the Kiev Medical University, and Professor Vitalii Prasol, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Head of the Department of Acute Vascular Diseases at V.T. Zayisev Kharkiv Institute of General and Emergency Surgery of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine.
On December 6, 2023, the doctoral dissertation on the topic "Optimization of Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction in Combination with Type 2 Diabetes" was defended by Yuliia Spivak, Department of Internal Diseases and Emergency Medicine. Her academic supervisor is Professor Maksym Potiazhenko, Doctor of Medical Sciences. Highly qualified specialists from Kharkiv National Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine were invited as opponents for the defense: Professor Larysa Zhuravlova, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Head of the Department of Internal Medicine No. 3 and Endocrinology, and Professor Yurii Rudyk, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Head of the Department of Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacogenetics of Non-Infectious Diseases at the L.T. Malaya National Institute of Therapy of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine. The dissertation was reviewed by experts from our university: Associate Professor Olha Shaposhnyk, PhD, Department of Internal Medicine No. 1, and Associate Professor Zlatoslava Shaienko, PhD, Department of Endocrinology with Pediatric and Infectious Diseases. The session was chaired by Professor Nataliia Chekalina, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Head of the Department of Propaedeutics of Internal Medicine at our university.
On December 7, 2023, a forensic medical expert Galiia Mustafina from the Regional Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination of the Department of Health of the Poltava Regional State Administration presented her scientific results on the topic "Structural and functional features of the liver under the conditions of combined influence of food additives." The research was conducted under the guidance of Professor Ivan Starchenko, Doctor of Medical Sciences.
At the meeting, leading scientists in morphological disciplines took part. The session of the ad hoc specialized academic council was chaired by Professor Volodymyr Shepityko, Head of the Department of Histology, Cytology and Embryology at Poltava State Medical University. The opponents were Professor Serhii Kozlov, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy at Dnipro State Medical University under the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, and Professor Zoia Nebesna, Head of the Department of Histology and Embryology at I.Ya. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University under the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. The scientific achievements of the candidate for the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences were reviewed by Professor Vitalii Kostenko, the Head of the Department of Pathophysiology, and Professor Serhii Bіlash, the Head of the Department of Anatomy with Clinical Anatomy and Operative Surgery at our university. The candidates presented profound scientific results, justified the practical significance of their achievements, and demonstrated themselves as qualified specialists and competent researchers.
