This article is the result of collective scientific work of Poltava State Medical University staff, namely the Medical Education and Research Institute, the Department of Psychiatry, Narcology and Medical Psychology, the Professional College of Medicine and Pharmacy and the Department of Philosophy and Social Sciences, published by Springer, which is included in the Scopus scientific database.
