18 листопада 2024 року на методичному семінарі на кафедрі анатомії викладачі обмінялися думками про основні складові мотиваційної сфери під час організації освітнього процесу. Семінар покликаний підвищити професійну компетентність науково-педагогічного колективу щодо структурних елементів мотивації навчальної діяльності здобувачів вищої освіти під час вивчення ними морфологічних дисциплін. Доцент Наталія Свінцицька наголосила на важливості врахування індивідуальних запитів студентів та мотиваційних чинників в освітньому процесі.

"Professional motivation as an integral component of the educational process": discussion at the Department of Anatomy

On November 18, 2024, during a methodological seminar at the Department of Anatomy, faculty members exchanged views on the key components of the motivational sphere in organizing the educational process. The seminar aimed to enhance the professional competence of the academic and teaching staff regarding the structural elements of learning motivation among higher education students studying morphological disciplines. Associate Professor Nataliia Svintsytska emphasized the importance of considering students' individual needs and motivational factors in the educational process.
