21 листопада 2023 року завідувачка кафедри іноземних мов з латинською мовою та медичною термінологією Олена Бєляєва разом із доцентами Іриною Сологор, Іванною Знаменською, Юлією Лисанець та викладачем Зінаїдою Таран провели зі здобувачами освіти (4 група І курсу стоматологічного факультету, 9 та 19 групи ІІ курсу медичного факультету №1, 1 група медичного факультету №1 (фармацевти), 11 група ПМ Навчально-наукового медичного інституту) просвітницько-виховний захід до Міжнародного дня боротьби за ліквідацію насильства щодо жінок.

У 1999 році Генеральною Асамблеєю ООН офіційно було оголошено 25 листопада Міжнародним днем боротьби за ліквідацію насильства щодо жінок. В Україні щорічно з 25 листопада до 10 грудня триває Міжнародна кампанія «16 днів проти насильства».

Educational Event for the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women

On November 21, 2023, Olena Bieliaieva, the Head of the Department of Foreign Languages with Latin Language and Medical Terminology, together with Associate Professors Iryna Sologor, Ivanna Znamenska, Yuliia Lysanets and lecturer Zinaida Taran, conducted an educational event for students of Group 4, the 1st year of study, Faculty of Dentistry; Groups 9 and 19, the 2nd year of study, Medical Faculty No. 1, Group 1, Medical Faculty No. 1 (pharmacy), Group11 (paramedics) of the Medical Education and Research Institute) to mark the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.

In 1999, the United Nations General Assembly officially declared November 25 as the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. In Ukraine, the International Campaign "16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence" takes place annually from November 25 to December 10.
