Постійний професійний розвиток викладачів є запорукою єдиного освітнього процесу, спрямованого на підготовку висококваліфікованих і конкурентоспроможних на національному й міжнародному ринках праці фахівців. Ефективні форми професійного вдосконалення науково-педагогічних працівників є пріоритетним напрямом роботи університету, які завжди підтримуються і стимулюються адміністрацією Полтавського державного медичного університету.
19 лютого 2024 року гаранти освітніх програм другого (магістерського) та третього (освітньо-наукового) рівнів вищої освіти та представники підрозділів, які всебічно супроводжують процес підготовки магістрів та аспірантів, зустрілися задля обговорення законодавчого забезпечення здійснення освітньої діяльності на третьому (освітньо-науковому) рівні вищої освіти та акредитації освітньо-наукових програм підготовки докторів філософії на семінарі «Школа гаранта освітньо-наукових програм».
Обговорювали перспективи вдосконалення освітніх програм із врахуванням змістовної нерозривності магістерських та PhD програм, особливостей галузевого та регіонального контекстів наукової складової освітньо-наукових програм. Чільне місце на зустрічі посіло питання створення консолідованої ради випускників Полтавського державного медичного університету. Ця ініціатива жваво обговорювалася учасниками, які, в свою чергу, запропонували комплексний підхід до її вирішення – розглянути можливість подальшого впровадження інституту менторства в освітніх програмах, в перспективі створювати фундамент фонди з метою фінансової підтримки освітньо-наукової діяльності університету.
Учасники розподілили нагальні завдання з питань, що обговорювалися, склали план дій щодо їх реалізації, визначили перспективи, запланували наступну зустріч у форматі розширеного семінару. Проректором з наукової роботи, гарантом ОНП за спеціальністю 222 – «Медицина» Ігорем Кайдашевим анонсовано проведення наступної сесії «Школа наукового керівника» восени 2024 року.
Адміністрація університету, гаранти освітніх програм продовжуватимуть працювати для постійного покращенням якості освітніх послуг і програм.
School of Educational Program Guarantors as a Guarantee of Unified Educational Process
The continuing professional development of academic staff is the key to a unified educational process aimed at preparing highly qualified and competitive professionals for both national and international labor markets. Effective forms of professional development for scientific and pedagogical staff are a priority direction of the university's work, which is always supported and encouraged by the administration of Poltava State Medical University.
On February 19, 2024, the Guarantors of educational programs at the second (master's) and third (educational-scientific) levels of higher education, as well as representatives of departments that comprehensively support the process of training masters and postgraduates, met to discuss the legislative framework for conducting educational activities at the third (educational-scientific) level of higher education and accreditation of educational-scientific programs for the preparation of PhDs at the seminar "School of Guarantors of Educational-Scientific Programs".
Perspectives for improving educational programs were discussed, taking into account the substantive continuity of master's and PhD programs, the peculiarities of the sectoral and regional contexts of the scientific component of educational-scientific programs. A prominent issue at the meeting was the establishment of a consolidated alumni council of Poltava State Medical University. This initiative was actively discussed by the participants, who, in turn, proposed a comprehensive approach to its solution - considering the possibility of further implementing the mentorship institute in educational programs and, in the future, creating foundations to financially support the educational-scientific activities of the university.
The participants identified urgent tasks on the discussed issues, developed an action plan for their implementation, determined prospects, and planned the next meeting in the format of an expanded seminar. The Vice-Rector for Research and Development, the Guarantor of Educational-Scientific Programs in the specialty 222 - "Medicine," Igor Kaidashev, announced the holding of the next session "School of Scientific Supervisor" in the fall of 2024.
The university administration and the guarantors of educational programs will continue to work towards constantly improving the quality of educational services and programs.
