На  кафедрі пропедевтики внутрішньої медицини відбулося засідання студентського наукового товариства на тему «Остеопороз, особливості клінічних проявів, діагностика та профілактика». Здобувачі вищої освіти ознайомились зі статистикою поширеності остеопорозу в світі та в Україні, симптоматикою, діагностичними критеріями, методами діагностики та профілактики цього захворювання. Також проведений майстер-клас з ультразвукової денситометрії, під час якого члени студентського наукового товариства на практиці розглянули роботу ультразвукового денситометра та навчилися оцінювати отримані  результати.

Student Scientific Society Report

A meeting of the Student Scientific Society on the topic "Osteoporosis: Features of Clinical Manifestations, Diagnosis and Prevention" took place at the Department of Propaedeutics of Internal Medicine. Higher education students were introduced to the statistics of osteoporosis prevalence worldwide and in Ukraine, its symptoms, diagnostic criteria, methods of diagnosis and prevention. A workshop on ultrasound densitometry was also conducted, during which members of the Student Scientific Society practically examined the operation of the ultrasound densitometer and learned how to evaluate the obtained results.
