Кафедрою дитячої стоматології ПДМУ в умовах воєнного стану продовжується впровадження розробленого проєкту «Стоматологічна просвіта молодших школярів – запорука здоров’я нації».
Майбутні дитячі лікарі-стоматологи піклуються про стоматологічну освіту школярів молодшого віку. Учні 4-В класу Полтавської загальноосвітньої школи №10 ім. В.Г. Короленка Полтавської міської ради Полтавської області взяли участь у цікавому навчальному заході – уроці стоматологічної гігієни, який для них провели лікарі-курсанти та співробітники кафедри дитячої стоматології.
Доцент кафедри Валентина Труфанова разом із лікарями циклу спеціалізації Бейгул Вікторією, Бірюкової Юлією та Анікіною Валерією провели урок гігієни з демонстрацією алгоритму чистки зубів. Інтерактивне спілкування про здоров’я ротової порожнини, корисні та шкідливі для стану зубів продукти харчування зацікавило школярів. Кожен з учнів за правильні відповіді на питання вікторини, яка відбулася під час заходу, був нагороджений Дипломом зубного захисника. А для закріплення набутих корисних навичок школярі отримали Календарі чистки зубів.
Учні та педагоги запрошують майбутніх дитячих стоматологів до подальших зустрічей та продовження роботи над проєктом.
Dental Education for Young Schoolchildren – the Key to National Health
In the conditions of martial law, the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at PSMU continues to implement the developed project "Dental Education for Young Schoolchildren – the Key to National Health".
Future pediatric dentists take care of the dental education of younger schoolchildren. The schoolchildren of grade 4-B of the Poltava Secondary School No. 10 named after V.G. Korolenko of the Poltava City Council in the Poltava region participated in an engaging educational event – a lesson on dental hygiene, conducted for them by the trainees and faculty staff of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry.
Associate Professor Valentyna Trufanova, along with Victoria Beigul, Yulia Biriukova and Valeriia Anikina, conducted a hygiene lesson demonstrating the tooth-cleaning process. Interactive discussions about oral health, as well as the products that are beneficial or harmful to dental health, caught the schoolchildren’s interest. Each pupil who answered quiz questions correctly during the event was awarded a "Tooth Defender" diploma. Additionally, to reinforce the acquired skills, the students received Tooth Cleaning Calendars.
Schoolchildren and teachers invite future pediatric dentists to further meetings and the continuation of work on the project.
