17 січня 2024 року на кафедрі дитячої стоматології за сприяння завідувачки кафедри, професорки Ольги Шешукової, керівництва Перинатального центру КП ПОКЛ ім. М. В. Скліфосовського, завідувачки відділення патології вагітних Ольги Магди та завідувача кафедри акушерства і гінекології № 2 професора Володимира Ліхачова відбувся просвітницький захід «Стоматологічне здоров’я вагітної ».
Професор Володимир Ліхачов наголосив на важливості стоматологічного здоров'я вагітної для безпечного перебігу вагітності та здоров'я дитини.
Лікарі-інтерни Адам Москалик, Софія Нишпора, Ірина Сапега та Іван Сокуренко під керівництвом доцентки кафедри Максименко А. І. підготували яскраву презентацію, що містила основні етапи щодо попередження стоматологічних захворювань у майбутньої мами.
Невимушена атмосфера спілкування сприяла відвертій бесіді, майбутні мами мали можливість почути розгорнуті відповіді на свої запитання від лікарів-інтернів та асистентки кафедри Анни Мосієнко. Всім присутнім на заході майбутнім мамам були презентовані підготовлені кафедрою дитячої стоматології пам’ятки «Стоматологія для вагітних». І пацієнтки відділення, і лікарі-інтерни отримали задоволення від спілкування.
Кафедра дитячої стоматології має на меті продовжити співпрацю з відділенням та планує систематично проводити такі зустрічі.
"Dental Health During Pregnancy": Clinicians and Researchers Meet with Expectant Mothers
On January 17, 2024, at the Department of Pediatric Dentistry, with the support of Professor Olha Sheshukova, the Head of the Department; the administration of Perinatal Center of M.V. Sklifosovsky Poltava Regional Clinical Hospital; Olha Magda, the Head of the pregnant women pathology unit, and Professor Volodymyr Likhachov, the Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology No. 2, an informative event on "Dental Health During Pregnancy" took place.
Professor Volodymyr Likhachov emphasized the importance of dental health during pregnancy for the safe course of pregnancy and the health of the child.
Medical interns Adam Moskalyk, Sofiia Nyshpora, Iryna Sapeha and Ivan Sokurenko, under the guidance of Associate Professor Maxymenko A. I., prepared a vibrant presentation that covered the main stages of preventing dental diseases in expectant mothers.
The informal atmosphere facilitated open conversation, allowing expectant mothers to receive detailed answers to their questions from medical interns and Assistant Anna Mosienko. All attendees were presented with informational brochures on "Dentistry for Pregnant Women," prepared by the Department of Pediatric Dentistry. Both the patients from the unit and the medical interns enjoyed the interaction.
The Department of Pediatric Dentistry aims to continue collaboration with the unit and plans to regularly conduct such meetings.
