27 березня 2024 року студенти 6-ого курсу Полтавського державного медичного університету обговорили актуальні питання особливостей навчального процесу з адміністрацією. Зокрема, їх цікавив розподіл у цьому році до інтернатури. Перед тим вони ознайомилися з Проєктом наказу МОЗ України «Про внесення змін до деяких нормативно-правових актів Міністерства охорони здоров’я України». Їх зацікавила й ініційована 22 березня 2023 року Міністерством охорони здоров’я України разом з Європейською спільнотою молодих медиків «Клуб інтернів» проведена онлайн-конференція з обговорення.
Адміністрація ПДМУ з розумінням поставилася до випускників, відповідаючи на їхні запитання щодо розуміння запропонованих у Проєкті змін. Зокрема, було зазначено, що сьогодні держава потребує висококваліфікованих кадрів на певних територіях, де вони необхідні. Відтак, повинен бути справедливий і прозорий розподіл в інтернатуру.
Це була невимушена дружня бесіда, упродовж якої сторони з`ясовували проблемні питання, знаходячи взаєморозуміння і уникаючи негативних тенденцій. Запитань, звісно, було багато, а деякі з них із об`єктивних причин потребують для вирішення ще й певного часу. Але в цілому, зустріч виявилась конструктивною і важливою для обох сторін. Студенти мають можливість висловити власні думки та пропозиції також на громадському обговоренні.
The sixth- year students discussed topical issues at the meeting with the administration
On March 27, 2024, the 6-year students of Poltava State Medical University discussed topical issues of the educational process with the administration. In particular, they were interested in this year's internship placement. Before that, they read the Draft Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Regulatory Acts of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine". They were also interested in the online discussion conference initiated by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine together with the European Community of Young Physicians "Intern Club" on March 22, 2023.
The PSMU administration was sympathetic to the graduates, answering their questions about understanding the changes proposed in the Draft. In particular, it was noted that, currently, the country needs highly qualified personnel in certain areas where they are needed. Therefore, there should be a fair and transparent distribution of internships.
It was a relaxed, friendly conversation during which the parties clarified problematic issues, finding mutual understanding and avoiding negative trends. Of course, there were a lot of questions, and some of them, for objective reasons, require some time to resolve. But in general, the meeting was constructive and important for both sides. Students have the opportunity to express their thoughts and suggestions at the public discussion.
