Як розвантажити мозок після насиченого важкого навчального тижня? Звісно, відпочити у колі друзів чи однодумців. Адже у сучасному світі, через брак часу або великі відстані, ми дедалі більше спілкуємося віртуально, за допомогою гаджетів, у соціальних мережах. Це неабияк позначається на нашому вербальному спілкуванні та поведінці. Цього разу, студенти 9 групи другого курсу стоматологічного факультету ПДМУ,  запросивши з собою свого куратора – доцента кафедри фізіології Валентину Соколенко, відвідали полтавську піцерію. В затишному кафе ласували смачною піцею, ділилися цікавим та «особистим», шукали відповіді на запитання, зверталися до себе та власного досвіду, – отримали потужний заряд позитиву та мотивації на наступний робочий тиждень.

Важливо пам'ятати – «для всього свій час, і година своя кожній справі під небом…», головне його правильно розподілити!

Student life is not just about studying

How to unwind after an intense and challenging week of studies? Of course, relaxing with friends or like-minded individuals. In the modern world, due to a lack of time or significant distances, we increasingly communicate virtually, using gadgets and social networks. This significantly affects our verbal communication and behavior. This time, the second-year students from Group 9, Faculty of Dentistry, PSMU, together with their supervisor Associate Professor Valentyna Sokolenko, the Department of Physiology, visited a pizzeria in Poltava. In a cozy cafe, they enjoyed delicious pizza, shared interesting and "personal" stories, sought answers to questions and referred to themselves and their own experiences, gaining a powerful boost of positivity and motivation for the upcoming work week. It's worth remembering, that "everything has its time, and there is a time for every activity under the heavens…", the main thing is to distribute it correctly!
