26 грудня 2023 року в ПДМУ з метою проведення постійного моніторингу процесів системи управління якістю і своєчасного внесення змін у документацію відповідно з вимогами Національних стандартів України ДСТУ ISO 9001:2015 та ДСТУ ISO 21001:2019 навчально-методичним відділом забезпечення якості освіти організовано семінар спільно з заступником директора з сертифікації, аудитором з сертифікації систем управління якістю ТОВ «Науково-виробничий центр сертифікації, метрології та стандартизації» − Володимиром Павловим. На семінарі обговорили принципи системи управління, вимоги та настанови щодо застосування ДСТУ ISO 21001:2019, кроки впровадження вимог стандарту ДСТУ ISO 21001:2019 у чинну систему управління якістю в ПДМУ.
У семінарі взяли участь керівники структурних підрозділів, відповідальні за оновлення та супровід внутрішньої документації системи управління якістю.
Принагідно, сучасна система управління якістю Полтавського державного медичного університету ґрунтується на таких принципах: лідерства, процесного підходу, системного підходу, залучення працівників до процесу розробки, упровадження та вдосконалення цієї системи, поліпшення освітньої діяльності на основі інновацій, прийняття ефективних рішень, визначення і врахування ризиків, які можуть впливати на провадження освітньої діяльності.
Система управління якістю університету зорієнтована на управління якістю процесів з надання освітніх послуг. В університеті здійснюється внутрішні та наглядові аудити процесів діяльності університету і структурних підрозділів, моніторинг задоволеності здобувачів вищої освіти, науково-педагогічних працівників та інших зацікавлених сторін.
Modern Quality Management System of Poltava State Medical University: Seminar Discussion on Operational Principles
On December 26, 2023, PSMU organized a seminar aimed at continuous monitoring of the quality management system processes and timely updates to the documentation in accordance with the requirements of the National Standards of Ukraine DSTU ISO 9001:2015 and DSTU ISO 21001:2019. The seminar was organized by the Educational and Methodological Quality Assurance Department in collaboration with Volodymyr Pavlov, the Deputy Director for Certification, an auditor for certification of quality management systems at the "Scientific and Production Certification, Metrology and Standardization Center". The seminar addressed the principles of the management system, requirements, and guidelines for implementing DSTU ISO 21001:2019, as well as the steps to integrate the requirements of the standard into the existing quality management system at PSMU.
The seminar was attended by the Heads of structural units responsible for the updating and maintenance of internal documentation of the quality management system.
Noteworthy, the modern quality management system of Poltava State Medical University is based on the following principles: leadership, process approach, system approach, involvement of employees in the development, implementation, and improvement of this system, enhancement of educational activities based on innovations, making effective decisions, and identifying and considering risks that may affect educational activities.
The university's quality management system is oriented towards managing the quality of processes related to the provision of educational services. The university conducts internal and supervisory audits of its activities and structural units, monitors the satisfaction of the learners, academic and research staff and other stakeholders.
