Систематично, глибоко і наполегливо продовжується процес підготовки докторів філософії (PhD) у Полтавському державному медичному університеті. Кожен новий захист – це здобуття першого наукового ступеня, народження молодого науковця та кваліфікованого спеціаліста. Так 30 травня 2024 року відбулося засідання разової спеціалізованої вченої ради із захисту дисертаційної роботи «Підвищення клінічної ефективності хірургічного лікування регматогенного відшарування сітківки, шляхом оцінки імунологічних та анатомо-морфологічних показників» на здобуття ступеня доктора філософії в галузі знань 22 – Охорона здоров’я за спеціальністю 222 «Медицина». Роботу представляла аспірантка очної (денної) форми навчання кафедри оториноларингології з офтальмологією Полтавського державного медичного університету Іванченко Анна. Наукове керівництво здійснювала докторка медичних наук, професорка Безкоровайна Ірина.
У роботі ради взяли участь провідні науковці з офтальмології. Головувала на засіданні разової спеціалізованої вченої ради докторка медичних наук, професорка Воскресенська Людмила.
Для опоненції наукових здобутків були запрошені висококваліфіковані спеціалісти, завідувачі кафедр офтальмології Національного медичного університету імені О. О Богомольця доктор медичних наук, професор Жабоєдов Дмитро та Національного університету охорони здоров’я України імені П. І. Шупика доктор медичних наук, професор Путієнко Олексій. Рецензували наукову роботу досвідчені фахівці кафедри оториноларингології з офтальмологією ПДМУ: кандидатка медичних наук, доцентка Ряднова Віта та кандидатка медичних наук Олефір Ірина .
Разова спеціалізована вчена рада повністю працювала у режимі offline, що дало широкі можливості ефективно та плідно попрацювати під час засідання.
Здобувачка кваліфіковано та обґрунтовано презентувала свої наукові результати, а у дискусії продемонструвала свою наукову компетентність й знання. Члени спеціалізованої ради були одностайні у своєму рішенні з присудження ступеня доктора філософії Іванченко Анні Юріївні.
Після закінчення засідання дисертантка висловила слова глибокої вдячності ректору ПДМУ професору Вячеславу Ждану, проректору закладу вищої освіти з наукової роботи, Гаранту ОНП підготовки докторів філософії за спеціальністю 222 – Медицина, професору Ігорю Кайдашеву, всім співробітникам, хто брав участь в атестації та організації наукового засідання. Особлива подяка ЗСУ за можливість навчатися та працювати!
На цьому засідання разових рад не закінчуються. Вже готуються нові роботи, нові результати, а молоді науковці збираються гідно представити свої наукові здобутки.

This is how young scientists are formed at PSMU: system, perseverance and consistency
The process of PhD training at Poltava State Medical University is systematic, deep and persistent. Each new defense is the first scientific degree, the birth of a young scientist and a qualified specialist. Thus, on May 30, 2024, a meeting of the one-time specialized academic council was held to defend the dissertation “Improving the clinical effectiveness of surgical treatment of regmatogenic retinal detachment by assessing immunological and anatomical morphological parameters” for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge 22 - Health, specialty 222 “Medicine”. The work was presented by Anna Ivanchenko, a full-time postgraduate student of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology and Ophthalmology of Poltava State Medical University. The scientific supervision was provided by Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Iryna Bezkorovaina.
The council was attended by leading ophthalmologists. The meeting of the one-time specialized scientific council was chaired by Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Liudmyla Voskresenska.
Highly qualified specialists, Heads of the Departments of Ophthalmology of the Bogomolets National Medical University, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Dmytro Zhaboiedov and the Shupyk National University of Healthcare of Ukraine, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Oleksii Putienko were invited to review the scientific achievements. The scientific work was reviewed by experienced specialists of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology and Ophthalmology of PSMU: PhD of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor Vita Riadnova and PhD of Medical Sciences Iryna Olefir.
The Specialized Academic Council worked completely offline, which provided ample opportunities to work effectively and fruitfully during the meeting.
The dissertant presented her scientific results in a qualified and substantiated manner, and demonstrated her scientific competence and knowledge in the discussion. The members of the Dissertation Council were unanimous in their decision to confer the degree of Doctor of Philosophy to Anna Ivanchenko.
At the end of the meeting, the dissertant expressed her deep gratitude to Professor Viacheslav Zhdan, the Rector of PSMU; Professor Igor Kaidashev, Vice-Rector for Research, the Guarantor of the Doctor of Philosophy program in specialty 222 - Medicine, and all the staff who participated in the attestation and organization of the scientific meeting. Special thanks to the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the opportunity to study and work!
This is not the end of the one-time council meetings. New works and new results are already being prepared, and young scientists are going to present their scientific achievements with dignity.
