26 квітня 2024 року в Полтавському державному медичному університеті відбулася Всеукраїнська науково-практична конференція з міжнародною участю – «Полтавські офтальмологічні зустрічі-2024». До неї входило проведення майстер-класів: «Швидкий гайд для читання топограми рогівки», «А-В сканування – просто про складне».
З вітальним словом до учасників звернувся ректор ПДМУ, професор Вячеслав Ждан. Він дав високу оцінку науковим і практичним здобуткам української і, зокрема, полтавської школи офтальмології, побажавши при цьому нових досягнень і конструктивізму у роботі та обміну досвідом на конференції. Голова Правління Асоціації дитячих офтальмологів та оптометристів України, завідувач кафедри офтальмології і оптометрії післядипломної освіти КНМУ, член-кореспондент АМНУ, доктор медичних наук, професор Сергій Риков висловив вдячність ректору ПДМУ, професору Вячеславу Ждану за сприяння у підготовці дитячих офтальмологів і оптометристів та вручив йому Диплом Лауреата Нагороди ім. І. Н. Пільмана.
Пленарне засідання розпочала секція клінічної офтальмології. Після завершення роботи всіх секцій розпочалися майстер-класи.
Серед учасників, окрім вітчизняних, з різних міст України, були також науковці із Зарубіжжя. Насичена змістовними доповідями конференція працювала упродовж всього дня.
Top scientific event of the day: "Poltava Ophthalmology Meetings-2024" was held at PSMU
On April 26, 2024, Poltava State Medical University hosted the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference with International Participation - "Poltava Ophthalmological Meetings-2024". It included master classes: "Quick guide for reading corneal topogram", "A-B scanning – simply about the complicated".
Rector of PSMU, Professor Viacheslav Zhdan, welcomed the participants. He highly appreciated the scientific and practical achievements of the Ukrainian and, in particular, Poltava School of Ophthalmology, wishing them new achievements and constructivism in their work and exchange of experience at the conference. The Chairman of the Board of the Association of Pediatric Ophthalmologists and Optometrists of Ukraine, Head of the Department of Ophthalmology and Optometry of Postgraduate Education of the AMSU, Corresponding Member of the AMSU, MD, Professor Serhii Rykov expressed his gratitude to the Rector of PSMU, Professor Viacheslav Zhdan for his assistance in training pediatric ophthalmologists and optometrists and presented him with the Diploma of the I.N. Pilman Award Winner.
The plenary session was opened by the section of clinical ophthalmology. After all the sections were completed, master classes began.
Among the participants, in addition to Ukrainians from different cities of Ukraine, there were also scientists from abroad. The conference was full of informative presentations throughout the day.
