З 21 .05. 2024 по 24.05.2024 року лікарі-інтерни з фаху « Загальна практика-сімейна медицина» разом з завідувачкою кафедри сімейної медицини і терапії Мариною Бабаніною та зав. навчальної частини кафедри Євдокією Кітурою брали участь у тренінгу mhGAP МОЗ України для сімейних лікарів і лікарів-педіатрів. На тренінгу розглянуті наступні питання: особливості роботи сімейного лікаря, педіатра з пацієнтами з ментальними порушеннями, депресивними розладами, самоушкодження/самогубство, розладами, пов'язаними зі вживанням психоактивних речовин, епілепсією, ПТСР.
Практикуючі лікарі, викладачі отримали сучасні знання щодо подолання проблем ведення пацієнтів з психічними розладами на первинному рівні надання медичної допомоги з метою успішної реалізації пріоритетних цілей Всеукраїнської програми ментального здоров’я, своєчасного реагування на виклики сьогодення, впровадження в навчальний процес практичних навичок при лікуванні психічних захворювань.
Training for primary care physicians on bridging gaps in mental health
From 21.05.2024 to 24.05.2024, interns in the specialty “General Practice-Family Medicine” together with Maryna Babanina, the Head of the Department of Family Medicine and Therapy and Yevdokiia Kitura, academic affairs manager, participated in the mhGAP training of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for family doctors and pediatricians. The training covered the following issues: peculiarities of work of a family doctor and pediatrician with patients with mental disorders, depressive disorders, self-harm/suicide, substance use disorders, epilepsy, PTSD.
Practicing physicians and faculty staff acquired up-to-date knowledge on overcoming the problems of managing patients with mental disorders at the primary level of medical care in order to successfully implement the priority goals of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program, timely respond to the challenges of today, and introduce practical skills in the treatment of mental illness into the educational process.
