На кафедрі педіатрії № 2 з 10. 06. 24 по 14. 06. 2024 року вперше проведений тренінг з оволодіння практичними навичками «Алергологічне обстеження в педіатричній практиці».
Програма тренінгу розрахована на лікарів за фахом «Педіатрія» та «Загальна практика-сімейна медицина». Навчання проводилось на базі педіатричного відділення КП «Полтавська обласна клінічна лікарня ім. М.В. Скліфосовського Полтавської обласної ради» досвідченими викладачами кафедри за схемою «брифінг-дебрифінг». Такий алгоритм передбачав трьохетапний підхід: підготовку, тобто короткий інструктаж з обговорення основних питань, що будуть розглядатися, формування мети та завдання, проведення самого брифінгу та контроль за виконанням завдань за результатами проведеної роботи. Ефективність брифінгу, безумовно, залежала від бажання слухачів активно сприймати інформацію. З цією метою була створена позитивна психологічна атмосфера, що дозволяла отримувати ефективний зворотній зв'язок, і як результат – ефективний дебрифінг, метою якого було поглибити обсяг знань в сфері алергології та розширити уявлення про алергопатологію в педіатричній практиці.
Під час обговорення клінічних кейсів проводилась активна дискусія щодо ключових моментів зазначеної проблеми, що дозволяла ознайомити лікарів із особливостями збору анамнезу, клінічного огляду дітей з алергічними захворюваннями та сучасними методами алергодіагностики.
Підсумки проведеної роботи і зворотній зв'язок із слухачами тренінгу дозволив отримати позитивні відгуки та розширити практичну підготовку лікарів за іншими актуальними тематиками у майбутньому.
Training Conducted for the First Time: Details Follow
From June 10 to June 14, 2024, the Department of Pediatrics No. 2 conducted a training course for the first time on mastering practical skills in "Allergy Examination in Pediatric Practice."
The training program was designed for physicians specializing in "Pediatrics" and "General Practice-Family Medicine." The training was held at the pediatric department of the Municipal Enterprise " M.V. Sklifosovsky Poltava Regional Clinical Hospital of Poltava Regional Council" and was led by experienced faculty members from the Department, following a "briefing-debriefing" scheme. This algorithm involved a three-stage approach: preparation, which included a short briefing discussing the main issues to be covered, setting goals and tasks, conducting the briefing itself, and monitoring the completion of tasks based on the results of the work done. The effectiveness of the briefing undoubtedly depended on the participants' willingness to actively perceive the information. To this end, a positive psychological atmosphere was created, which allowed for effective feedback and, as a result, an effective debriefing. The debriefing aimed to deepen the participants' knowledge in the field of allergology and expand their understanding of allergy pathology in pediatric practice.
During the discussion of clinical cases, active discussions were held on the key points of the issue, which allowed physicians to become acquainted with the peculiarities of collecting anamnesis, conducting clinical examinations of children with allergic diseases, and modern methods of allergy diagnosis.
The results of the work and feedback from the training participants provided positive reviews and expanded the practical training of physicians on other relevant topics in the future.
