На мистецькому заході, присвяченому Дню ЗСУ України «Народжені бути вільними», привітали військовослужбовців
Розпочали дійство Хвилиною мовчання за загиблими. Військових, які прибули на захід і були нагороджені медалями «За жертовність і любов до України» від Православної Церкви України та Відзнаками від Полтавської обласної військової адміністрації вітали колективи художньої самодіяльності ПДМУ. Виступи мали яскраві мистецькі форми й були пронизані патріотизмом, у такий спосіб самодіяльні актори висловлювали свою глибоку вдячність Захисникам і Захисницям України.
Пролунала пісня «Непереможна Україна» у виконанні народних аматорських ансамблів «Мальви» та «Пліка вокаліз» ПДМУ, народний аматорський ансамбль бально-спортивного танцю «Орхідея» представив хореографічну композицію «Я — Україна». Аплодували за зворушливий виступ також народному аматорському ансамблю танцю «Юність» ПДМУ.
Кульмінацією програми стали музична композиція «Воля в кулак» у виконанні гурту «Джаз бенд», а також сольний виступ проректора з науково-педагогічної та виховної роботи ПДМУ, професора Валерія Похилька. Він виконав пісню «Вітер підіймав в небо дим» і від імені адміністрації Університету та від себе особисто подякував військовим-гостям за їхню витримку, самопожертву і захист.
Фінальним акордом заходу прозвучала пісня «Україна-ненька» у виконанні народного аматорського вокального ансамблю «Мальви» ПДМУ.
PSMU congratulates military personnel honored with state awards: details
At the Poltava State Medical University (PSMU), with the support of the University’s Rector, Professor Viacheslav Zhdan, the Department of Educational and Humanitarian Work with Youth organized an ideological and patriotic event. The event featured a solemn ceremony to honor servicemen of a particular military unit and an artistic performance titled “Born to Be Free.”
The ceremony began with a moment of silence to honor fallen heroes. The commander of the military unit, on behalf of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, announced posthumous awards of the “Cross of Honor” medals to five servicemen for their significant personal contributions to the operational capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, steadfast spirit, loyalty to the Ukrainian people, and high professionalism demonstrated in resisting the armed aggression of the russian federation.
Military personnel attending the event were also awarded medals for “Self-Sacrifice and Love for Ukraine” by the Orthodox Church of Ukraine and received distinctions from the Poltava Regional Military Administration.
Artistic greetings from the creative ensembles of PSMU took on vibrant and patriotic forms, expressing profound gratitude to Ukraine’s defenders. The event featured the performance of the song “Invincible Ukraine” by the PSMU’s folk amateur ensembles “Malvy” and “Plika Vokaliz.” The folk amateur ballroom dance ensemble “Orchidea” presented a choreographic composition titled “I Am Ukraine.” Another emotional performance came from the folk amateur dance ensemble “Yunist”, which received a warm round of applause.
The program's culmination included a musical composition “Will in a Fist” by the “Jazz Band” group and a solo performance by Professor Valerii Pokhylko, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Extracurricular Activities at PSMU. He performed the song “The Wind Carried Smoke to the Sky” and expressed, on behalf of the University administration and himself, heartfelt gratitude to the military guests for their resilience, self-sacrifice, and protection of Ukraine.
The event concluded with the song “Mother Ukraine” performed by the PSMU’s folk amateur vocal ensemble “Malvy.”
