20 листопада 2024 року члени регіональної Ради Відзнак «Ордена Святого Пантелеймона» та «Медалі Святого Пантелеймона», серед яких 7 представників із ПДМУ, зібралися для визначення перспектив своєї діяльності в Раді на новий сезон 2024–2025 рр.
Розпочали традиційно з виконання офіційного гімну Відзнаки.
Головуючий засідання, координатор з формування регіональної Ради, проректор із науково-педагогічної та виховної роботи ЗВО ПДМУ, професор Валерій Похилько представив на розгляд учасників оновлений персональний склад Ради для участі у відборі номінантів на Відзнаку «Орден Святого Пантелеймона» на 2024–2025 рр. Також під час зборів було висунуто пропозицію щодо обрання нового голови регіональної Ради. Учасники одноголосно підтримали кандидатуру цьогорічного лауреата Відзнаки «Орден Святого Пантелеймона» «За самовіддане служіння українському народу, мужність і стійкість у боротьбі за здоров’я українців, за свободу та незалежність України у війні з російським агресором» у номінації «Цивільні медики» – Миколи Литвиненка, директора КП «Кременчуцький обласний шпиталь для ветеранів війни» Полтавської обласної ради.
На завершення Микола Литвиненко ініціював обговорення низки організаційних питань, спрямованих на підвищення ефективності роботи регіональної Ради у наступному сезоні.
Kick-off Meeting of the Regional Council for the Honors of Professionalism and Compassion: "Order of Saint Panteleimon" and "Medal of Saint Panteleimon" Held at PSMU
On November 20, 2024, members of the Regional Council for the Honors of the "Order of Saint Panteleimon" and the "Medal of Saint Panteleimon," including seven representatives from Poltava State Medical University, gathered to outline the prospects for their activities for the 2024–2025 season.
The meeting began with the traditional performance of the official anthem of the Honors.
Professor Valerii Pokhylko, the chair of the meeting, the coordinator for the formation of the Regional Council, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Extracurricular Activity at PSMU, presented the updated composition of the Council for review. This body will participate in selecting nominees for the "Order of Saint Panteleimon" in the 2024–2025 season.
During the session, a proposal to elect a new head of the Regional Council was put forward. The participants unanimously supported the candidacy of this year’s laureate of the "Order of Saint Panteleimon" award in the "Civilian Medics" category, Mykola Lytvynenko, who was recognized "For selfless service to the Ukrainian people, courage, and resilience in the fight for the health of Ukrainians, as well as for freedom and independence of Ukraine during the war against russian aggression," the Director of the Kremenchuk Regional Hospital for War Veterans, under the Poltava Region Council.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Mykola Lytvynenko initiated a discussion on several organizational issues aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of the Regional Council's work in the upcoming season.
