8 лютого 2024 року на кафедрі внутрішньої медицини № 1 відбулась клініко-патологоанатомічна конференція під головуванням асистентки Тетяни Лиманець.

Було проведено розбір випадку історії хвороби хворого Ш., 80 років, із множинною мієломою, ускладненою вторинним ураженням кісток, нирок та супутньою кардіоваскулярною патологією: ІХС, імпланованим ШВР з приводу нападів МЕС на тлі AV-блокади ІІ ст. та гіпертонічною хворобою.

Здобувачі вищої освіти 1Н, 2Н, 11Н груп VI курсу медичного факультету № 2 та лікарі-інтерни 2-го року навчання зі спеціальності «Внутрішні хвороби» взяли активну участь у конференції.

Олександра Бравічева підготувала доповідь про цей випадок захворювання.

Богдана Ширяєва ознайомила присутніх із сучасним Стандартом надання медичної допомоги хворим з Множинною мієломою, затвердженим Наказом МОЗ №710 від 02.11.2015 року.

Clinical Pathological Conference Took Place

On February 8, 2024, at the Department of Internal Medicine No. 1, the clinical pathological conference took place, headed by the Assistant Professor Tetiana Lymanets.

A case study of the medical history of the 80-year-old patient Sh. with multiple myeloma complicated by secondary bone and kidney involvement and concomitant cardiovascular pathology: coronary heart disease, implanted pacemaker due to ventricular tachycardia episodes along with the second-degree AV block and hypertension, was conducted.

The 6-year-students of the 1N, 2N, 11N groups of Medical Faculty No. 2 and second-year medical interns specializing in Internal Medicine actively participated in the conference.

Bohdana Shyriaeva introduced the participants with the current Standard of medical care for patients with Multiple Myeloma, approved by Order of the Ministry of Health No. 710 as of November 2, 2015.
