На кафедрі дитячої терапевтичної стоматології відбулося планове засідання студентської наукової групи, на якому було заслухано і обговорено тему «Стандартні металеві коронки в дитячій стоматології». У засіданні взяли участь здобувачі освіти 3-5-х курсів стоматологічного факультету. Після обговорення теми гуртківці під керівництвом доцентів Наталії Янко й Олени Хміль опановували препарування зубів, припасування та фіксацію стандартних коронок на моделях тимчасового прикусу. Тема досить гостра й актуальна, оскільки руйнування коронок тимчасових зубів внаслідок карієсу досить розповсюджене явище й інколи потребує серйозних рішень. 

Student scientific group meeting held: details below

A scheduled meeting of the student scientific group took place at the Department of Pediatric Therapeutic Dentistry, where the topic "Standard Metal Crowns in Pediatric Dentistry" was discussed. The meeting was attended by third- to fifth-year students of the Faculty of Dentistry.

Following the discussion, under the guidance of Associate Professors Nataliia Yanko and Olena Khmil, the participants practiced tooth preparation, crown adaptation, and fixation on primary dentition models.

The topic is highly relevant, as the destruction of primary tooth crowns due to cavities is a widespread issue that sometimes requires significant interventions.
