11 жовтня 2023 року відбулося засідання Вченої ради. Його відкрив її голова, ректор ПДМУ, професор Вячеслав Ждан. Упродовж засідання заслухали та обговорили такі значущі питання для забезпечення результативного навчально-наукового процесу, як індивідуальний рейтинг науково-педагогічних і педагогічних працівників та кафедр Полтавського державного медичного університету за показниками навчально-методичної й організаційної роботи у 2022-2023 навчальному році, представлення навчальних видань науково-педагогічних працівників Університету, рекомендованих до затвердження Вченою радою з наданням їм відповідного грифу, нова концепція військової підготовки за Програмою підготовки офіцерів запасу медичної служби в Полтавському державному медичному університеті. Заслухали та затвердили звіт завідувача кафедри фармакології, клінічної фармакології та фармації, д. мед .н. Руслана Луценка про виконання ним умов Контракту на посаді за 5 років, а також звіт доцента закладу вищої освіти кафедри нервових хвороб Катерини Таряник про використання нею творчої відпустки (з 06 березня до 05 вересня 2023 року) для завершення роботи над виконанням і оформленням до офіційного захисту докторської дисертації.
Meeting of the Academic Council of PSMU: What Was Discussed and Decided
На завершення обговорили також поточні оперативні питання.
On October 11, 2023, a meeting of the Academic Council took place. It was opened by Professor Viacheslav Zhdan, Chairman of the Academic Council, Rector of PSMU. During the meeting, the following significant issues for ensuring an effective educational and scientific process were heard and discussed: individual ratings of academic and pedagogical staff and Departments of Poltava State Medical University based on the indicators of educational and methodical and organizational work in the 2022-2023 academic year; presentation of educational publications by the university's academic and pedagogical staff, recommended for approval by the Academic Council with the appropriate endorsement; the new concept of military training under the Program for the training of reserve officers of the medical service at Poltava State Medical University. They also heard and approved the report of Ruslan Lutsenko, DMSc, Head of the Department of Pharmacology, Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacy, on his fulfillment of the conditions of the contract for the position over five years. Additionally, they reviewed the report of Katerina Tarianyk, Associate Professor of the Department of Neurological Diseases, on her sabbatical leave (from March 6 to September 5, 2023) to complete the work on the execution and formalization for official defense of her doctoral dissertation.
To conclude, current operational issues were discussed.
