Від початку повномасштабної війни в КП «2-а МКЛ ПМР» налагодили тісні зв’язки з Харківською обласною лікарнею. І вже стали традиційними майстер - класи та обмін досвідом між нашими та харківськими медиками.
Днями відбувалася чергова зустріч. Під час майстер – класу була виконана лапароскопічна права CME/CVL
Пацієнт поступив до лікарні у досить тяжкому стані. У нього була кровотеча та анемія, досить тривалий час він страждав від болю.
З мінімальною травматичністю через кілька проколів було виконано видалення частини кишківника з пухлиною та накладено анастомоз.
Зараз пацієнт почувається задовільно, вживає їжу, за кілька днів повернеться до звичайного способу життя. А після додаткового лікування повністю одужає.
Майстер-клас провів доктор медичних наук, завідувач відділення хірургії Харківської обласної лікарні Кирило Пархоменко. Йому асистували директор КП «2-а МКЛ ПМР, професор Максим Дудченко та і к. м. наук, завідувач кафедри № 1 ПМДУ Микола Кравців.
У операційній за ходом операції спостерігали і лікарі – інтерни.
«Формат майстер- класу, присутність в операційній під час високотехнологічних втручань - це найкращий спосіб засвоїти теорію,» - зауважив Микола Кравців.
Також учасники підбили підсумки - обговорили нагальні питання лапароскопічної колопроктології.

Наша співпраця постійно розвивається, і буде розвиватися, адже сьогодні як ніколи важливо зберегти здоров’я наших громадян», - підсумував організатор майстер -класу - директор КП «2-а МКЛ ПМР», професор Максим Дудченко.
Faculty staff and interns from the Department of Surgery No. 1 participated in a workshop with leading physicians from Kharkiv
Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the 2nd City Clinical Hospital of Poltava City Council has established close ties with the Kharkiv Regional Hospital. Workshops and experience exchanges between our and Kharkiv medical professionals have become a tradition.
Recently, another meeting took place. During the workshop, a laparoscopic right hemicolectomy (CME/CVL) was performed.
The patient was admitted to the hospital in a rather serious condition, experiencing bleeding and anemia, and had been suffering from pain for quite some time. With minimal trauma, removal of part of the intestine with a tumor and the creation of an anastomosis were successfully performed through several punctures.
Currently, the patient is feeling well, eating, and will return to normal life in a few days. After additional treatment, a full recovery is expected.
The workshop was conducted by Dr. Kyrylo Parkhomenko, Doctor of Medical Sciences and Head of the Surgery Department at the Kharkiv Regional Hospital. He was assisted by Professor Maksym Dudchenko, the Director of the 2nd City Clinical Hospital of Poltava City Council, and Dr. Mykola Kravtsiv, Ph.D., Head of the Department of Surgery No. 1 of PSMU.
In the operating room, interns also observed the course of the operation.
"The format of the workshop, being present in the operating room during high-tech interventions, is the best way to assimilate theory," noted Dr. Mykola Kravtsiv.
The participants also summarized the results and discussed urgent issues in laparoscopic coloproctology.
"Since the beginning of the full-scale war, Kyrylo Parkhomenko's workshops have already become a tradition for the team of surgeons at the 2nd City Clinical Hospital of Poltava City Council. Our cooperation is constantly developing and will continue to do so because today, more than ever, it is crucial to preserve the health of our citizens," concluded the organizer of the workshop, Professor Maksym Dudchenko.
