Доцентка Златослава Шаєнко разом з гуртківцями кафедри ендокринології з дитячими інфекційними хворобами взяла участь у проєкті ,,Школа здоров'я", який організували спільно з Центром адаптації внутрішньо переміщених осіб у Полтаві.

Мета проєкту:  безкоштовна просвітницька робота для внутрішньо переміщених осіб. Здобувачі вищої освіти провели підрахунок індексу маси тіла, вимірювання талії.  Доцентка прочитала лекцію : "Переддіабет, цукровий діабет. Фактори ризику. Рекомендації як попередити розвиток діабету". Тема обрана з огляду на стрімке збільшення кількості пацієнтів з даним захворюванням.

University academic staff actively participate in projects and share their experience

Associate Professor Zlatoslava Shainko, along with members of the Department of Endocrinology with Pediatric Infectious Diseases, took part in the project "Health School," organized in collaboration with the Center for Adaptation of Internally Displaced Persons in Poltava.

The project's goal was to provide free educational outreach for internally displaced individuals. The higher education students conducted body mass index calculations and waist measurements. Associate Professor delivered a lecture titled "Prediabetes, Diabetes. Risk Factors. Recommendations for Preventing Diabetes Development." The topic was chosen in light of the rapid increase in the number of patients with this condition.
