У Міжнародний тиждень відкритого доступу, за сприяння адміністрації університету в бібліотеці ПДМУ для першокурсників розпочинаються бібліотечні заняття «Основи інформаційної культури».

Першими, за узгодженим зі старостами груп розкладом, книгозбірню відвідають студенти Медичний факультет 1 Полтавський державний медичний університет та Медичний факультет 2 Полтавський державний медичний університет.

Мета занять полягає в оволодінні студентами навичками роботи з електронними ресурсами та базами даних книгозбірні, формуванні вмінь задовольнити власні інформаційні запити та активізації діяльності в системі інформаційних комунікацій. Присутні ознайомляться з абонементами, читальною залою та відвідають музей раритетної книги.

We welcome freshmen to the library classes “Fundamentals of Information Culture” 

During the International Open Access Week, with the assistance of the university administration, library classes “Basics of Information Culture” for the first-year students are starting at the PSMU library.

The first students to visit the library, according to the schedule agreed with the group heads, will be the students of the Medical Faculty No. 1 and Medical Faculty No.2 of Poltava State Medical University.

The purpose of the classes is to teach students to work with electronic resources and databases of the library, to develop skills to satisfy their own information requests and to intensify their activities in the information communications system. The participants will get acquainted with the subscriptions, the reading room and visit the museum of rare books.
