Протягом 7-11 жовтня 2024 року здобувачі вищої освіти медичного та стоматологічного факультетів під час заняття з ВК «Основи лідерства» мали змогу переглянути біографічну драму «Непідкорений», в якому йдеться про життя Нельсона Мандели. Приклад цього лідера демонструє цілеспрямованість, наполегливість та гнучкість. Студенти під час обговорення кінострічки визначили стиль лідера та охарактеризували головного героя.

Даний метод навчання дає можливість учасникам здобути навички як формального так і неформального лідера. Здобувачі освіти в реальній проєкції пережили позитивні та негативні миттєвості життя головного героя.

"Basics of Leadership" elective component: students received food for thought

The faculty members of the Department of Philosophy and Social Sciences actively employ the most popular innovative teaching methods: contextual learning, problem-based learning and storytelling.

From October 7 to 11, 2024, students of the Medical and Dental Faculties had the opportunity during the " Basics of Leadership " course to watch the biographical drama Invictus, which tells the story of Nelson Mandela’s life. The example of this leader demonstrates determination, perseverance, and flexibility. During the discussion of the film, students identified the leader's style and characterized the main character.

This teaching method provides participants with the opportunity to develop both formal and informal leadership skills. The students experienced the positive and negative moments of the main character’s life in a real-world context.
