У рамках ініціативи «Екоспільнота» протягом навчального року, що завершився, команда студентів-волонтерів «Almino» долучалась до різноманітних акцій, покликаних покращити загальний стан природного оточуючого середовища, а саме, очищення його від побутового сміття на території Університету та у великих парках Полтави.
Волонтери кілька разів прибрали територію ПДМУ, місцевість біля гуртожитків, де проживають студенти-медики.
30 березня, 13 квітня і 2 травня (в рамках акції «Толока» від БУР) прибирали Полтавський міський парк (дендропарк), де в цілому зібрали понад 65 мішків по 60 літрів сміття, а 7 квітня у парку Перемоги назбирали понад 59 мішків по 35 літрів сміття. Крім цього, сортували скло від пластику, завантажували та відправляли весь цей матеріал на переробку у спеціалізовані пункти.
23 квітня активні учасники «Almino» обкопували дерева на території лабораторного корпусу ПДМУ, готуючи їх до літнього періоду.
30 квітня голова загону Ярослав Катриченко разом із волонтерами, колегами і ректором ПДМУ Вячеславом Жданом та першим проректором Валентином Дворником долучились до висадження весняних саджанців дерев роду Гінкго, щоб започаткувати традицію унікального озеленення території Університету на довгі роки вперед.
Подібні заходи вчать не забувати, що людина є частинкою природи, із законами якої варто рахуватися, співпрацювати з нею.
Багатства природи не безмежні. Маємо їх дбайливо оберігати, як порядні господарі. Так роблять в усьому світі, а проблеми екології, охорони природи нині найважливіші, бо природа - це наше життя, наше здоров'я.
"Almino" volunteers of PSMU about one of the areas of useful work
As part of the "Ecocommunity" initiative, during the academic year that ended, the team of "Almino" student volunteers of participated in various actions aimed at improving the general state of the natural environment, namely, cleaning it of household waste on the territory of the University and in large parks of Poltava.
Volunteers cleaned the territory of PSMU several times, the area near the dormitories where medical students live.
On March 30, April 13, and May 2 (as part of the "Toloka" action from NGO BUT), Poltava city park (arboretum) was cleaned, where in total more than 65 bags of 60 liters of garbage were collected, and on April 7, more than 59 bags of 35 liters of garbage. In addition, they sorted glass from plastic, loaded and sent all this material for processing to specialized points.
On April 23, active participants of "Almino" dug up trees on the territory of the laboratory building of PSMU, preparing them for the summer period.
On April 30, the Head of the group Yaroslav Katrychenko, together with volunteers, colleagues and Rector of PSMU Viacheslav Zhdan and First Vice-Rector Valentyn Dvornyk joined the planting of spring seedlings of Ginkgo trees in order to start a tradition of unique greening of the University territory for many years to come.
Such events teach not to forget that a person is a part of nature, whose laws should be respected and cooperated with.
The wealth of nature is not limitless. We have to protect them carefully, like decent owners. This is done all over the world, and the problems of ecology and nature protection are the most important nowadays, because nature is our life, our health.
