21 лютого в Україні і світі відзначають Міжнародний день рідної мови. Рідна мова – це генетичний код нації, надважливий носій цінностей, традицій, знань народу, одне з найцінніших надбань, які передаються нащадкам. Мова є символом єднання нашого суспільства, який є надзвичайно важливим сьогодні в реаліях війни. Саме про це йшлось сьогодні на виховній годині, проведеній колективом кафедри пропедевтики хірургічної стоматології зі здобувачами вищої освіти 4-ого групи 3-ого курсу стоматологічного факультету. Зокрема, студенти зацікавились долею непересічних українців, висловлювання яких цитувались на заході.

«Міжнародний день рідної мови покликаний показати важливість та підтримати самобутність кожної окремої мови світу та вкотре нагадує про право кожного розмовляти рідною мовою у своїй країні» - підбили підсумки почутого учасники бесіди.

"Speak, So That I May See You": topic of the day

On February 21, Ukraine and the world celebrate International Mother Language Day. A mother tongue is the genetic code of a nation, an essential carrier of its values, traditions, and knowledge—one of the most precious treasures passed down to future generations. Language is a symbol of unity in our society, which is especially crucial today in the realities of war.

This was the focus of a discussion held by the Department of Propedeutics of Oral Surgery with the third-year students, group 4, of the Faculty of Dentistry. The students showed particular interest in the lives of remarkable Ukrainians, whose quotes were shared during the event.

"International Mother Language Day is meant to highlight the importance of and support the uniqueness of each language worldwide. It serves as a reminder of everyone’s right to speak their native language in their own country," concluded the participants.
