22 січня 2025 р. відбулося засідання вченої ради навчально-наукового інституту післядипломної освіти Полтавського державного медичного університету. 

З першого питання щодо виконання ліцензійних умов науково-педагогічними працівниками кафедри післядипломної освіти лікарів-стоматологів доповіла доц. Тетяна Хміль. Від комісії виступили доц. Ганна Давиденко і доц. Наталія Цветкова.

Доцент Олександр Пелипенко у своєму виступі доповів про стан підготовки до складання ліцензійного іспиту «Крок 3. Ортопедія і травматологія», поточні результати тестувань та заходи щодо їх покращення; акцентував увагу на групі ризику та індивідуальній роботі з лікарями-інтернами, які складають пілотні тестування менше 70%. Заступник директора ННІПО доц. Людмила Шилкіна виступила в обговоренні даного питання та підкреслила важливість співпраці профільних кафедр із закладами охорони здоровя щодо підготовки лікарів-інтернів у практичній частині інтернатури до складання Крок 3.

З доповіддю про результати перевірки організації підготовки лікарів-інтернів в практичній частині інтернатури з фаху «Педіатрія» в закладах охорони здоровя (базах стажування) виступила проф. Тетяна Крючко. У обговоренні даного питання взяли участь доц. Марина Бабаніна, проф. Максим Потяженко та доц. Світлана Цвіренко.

Директор ННІПО доц. Алла Марченко доповіла про результати анкетування лікарів-інтернів із оцінки якості навчання в освітній частині інтернатури.

Проректор закладу вищої освіти з науково-педагогічної роботи та післядипломної освіти проф. Ігор Скрипник у своєму виступі з обговорення результатів анкетування наголосив на важливості думки лікарів-інтернів для удосконалення організації й проведення навчання в освітній частині інтернатури та необхідності  запровадження анкетування слухачів циклів підвищення кваліфікації.

WAYS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION

On January 22, 2025, a meeting of the Academic Council of the Educational and Research Institute of Postgraduate Education of Poltava State Medical University was held.

Assoc. Prof. Tetiana Khmil reported on the first issue concerning the fulfillment of the license conditions by the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Postgraduate Education of Dentists. Associate Professor Hanna Davydenko and Associate Professor Natalia Tsvetkova spoke on behalf of the commission.

Associate Professor Oleksandr Pelypenko in his speech reported on the state of preparation for the licensing exam “Krok 3. Orthopedics and Traumatology”, current test results and measures to improve them; he focused on the risk group and individual work with interns who passed the pilot tests with less than 70%. The Deputy Director of the ERIPE, Associate Professor Liudmyla Shylkina, spoke on this issue and emphasized the importance of cooperation between the specialized departments and health care institutions to prepare interns in the practical part of the internship for the Krok 3.

Prof. Tetiana Kriuchko made a report on the results of the inspection of the organization of training of interns in the practical part of the internship in the specialty “Pediatrics” at the health care facilities (training bases). Assoc. Prof. Maryna Babanina, Prof. Maksym Potiazhenko and Assoc. Prof. Svitlana Tsvirenko took part in the discussion of this issue.

The Director of the ERIPE Dr. Alla Marchenko reported on the results of the survey of interns to assess the quality of training in the educational part of the internship.

In his speech on the discussion of the survey results, Prof. Ihor Skrypnyk, Vice-Rector of Academic Affairs and Postgraduate Education, emphasized the importance of the opinion of interns for improving the organization and conduct of training in the educational part of the internship and the need to introduce a survey of trainees of advanced training courses.
