30 листопада 2023 року відбулося засідання вченої ради навчально-наукового інституту післядипломної освіти. Згідно з порядком денним щодо виконання ліцензійних умов науково-педагогічними працівниками кафедри внутрішніх хвороб та медицини невідкладних станів доповів професор Максим Потяженко. Він досить детально охарактеризував виконання п. 38 Ліцензійних умов співробітниками кафедри, які працюють за основним місцем роботи та за сумісництвом, окреслив перспективи покращення роботи з даного питання. Від комісії щодо результатів перевірки виконання ліцензійних умов виступила доцентка Ганна Давиденко. Вона наголосила на тому, що всі співробітники даної кафедри виконують ліцензійні умови у повному обсязі, а особливої уваги заслуговує виконання пп.1 п.38 Ліцензійних умов – публікація статей, в тому числі й в журналах, які індексуються в Scopus.
На засіданні також розглянули конкурсні справи і шляхом таємного голосування члени вченої ради обрали науково-педагогічних працівників на посади асистентів та доцентів кафедр ННІПО, а також заступників директора інституту в складі закладу вищої освіти навчально-наукового інституту післядипломної освіти.
Проректор закладу вищої освіти з науково-педагогічної роботи та післядипломної освіти, професор Ігор Скрипник виступив із роз’ясненнями певних положень наказу МОЗ України від 31.08.2023 №1555 щодо особливостей безперервного професійного розвитку лікарів та їхньої атестації на кваліфікаційні категорії в умовах воєнного стану.
Директорка інституту в складі закладу вищої освіти ННІПО д. мед. н. Алла Марченко підбила підсумки проведення проміжних атестацій лікарів-інтернів в освітній частині інтернатури, виступила щодо питань впорядкування навчально-методичної документації з організації освітнього процесу з лікарями-інтернами та слухачами.
Details of the Meeting of the Academic Council of the Academic and Research Institute of Postgraduate Education
On November 30, 2023, a meeting of the Academic Council of the Academic and Research Institute of Postgraduate Education took place. According to the agenda regarding the fulfillment of the licensing conditions by the academic staff of the Department of Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine, Professor Maksym Potiazhenko delivered a report. He provided a detailed characterization of the compliance with par. 38 of the Licensing Conditions by the department's academic staff, working both as their full-time and part-time jobs, and outlined prospects for improving work on this matter. Associate Professor Hanna Davydenko presented the commission's findings on the results of the inspection of compliance with licensing conditions. She emphasized that all faculty members of the Department fulfill the licensing conditions in full, with special attention to the fulfillment of subparagraph 1 of par. 38 of the Licensing Conditions – publication of articles, including those indexed in Scopus.
The meeting also discussed competitive matters, and through secret voting, the members of the Academic Council elected faculty members to the positions of assistants and associate professors of the Departments of the Academic and Research Institute of Postgraduate Education. Deputy directors of the institute within the structure of the higher education institution of the Academic and Research Institute of Postgraduate Education were also selected.
Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Postgraduate Education, Professor Ihor Skrypnyk, provided explanations on certain provisions of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine Order dated August 31, 2023, No. 1555 regarding the features of continuous professional development of doctors and their certification for qualification categories under martial law.
The Director of the Academic and Research Institute of Postgraduate Education at PSMU, Alla Marchenko, DMSc, summarized the intermediate certification of intern doctors in the educational part of the internship, addressing issues related to the organization of the educational process documentation with intern doctors and trainees.
