21 листопада 2023 року відбулося засідання вченої ради навчально-наукового інституту післядипломної освіти. На ньому заслухали звіти заступників директора інституту у складі ЗВО ННІПО про роботу на посаді за 5 років доцентів Ганни Давиденко та Людмили Шилкіної. Оцінила їхню діяльність комісія у складі професорів Ольги Шешукової та Володимира Ліхачова. Було висловлено рекомендації щодо продовження цих контрактів на наступні 5 років та участі у конкурсі. Пропозицію підтримали члени вченої ради одноголосно.
У зв’язку з кадровими змінами про роботу на посаді в. о. завідувача кафедри звітували кафедри післядипломної освіти лікарів-стоматологів – доцент Олена Гуржій, кафедри хірургії №1 – доцент Микола Кравців, кафедри післядипломної освіти лікарів-стоматологів-ортопедів – доцент Вадим Давиденко. В обговоренні звітів та оцінці роботи взяли участь професори Максим Потяженко, Тетяна Крючко, доценти Валерій Лобурець, Людмила Галич, Наталія Цвєткова. Директорка інституту у складі ЗВО ННІПО д. мед. н. Алла Марченко висловила побажання та рекомендації претендентам на посади щодо перспектив їхньої подальшої роботи.
Серед іншого розглянули також питання щодо проміжних атестацій лікарів-інтернів, порядок затвердження навчальних планів та програм циклів тематичного удосконалення.
Meeting of the Academic Council of the Academic and Research Institute of Postgraduate Education: Discussions and Decisions
On November 21, 2023, a meeting of the Academic Council of the Academic and Research Institute of Postgraduate Education took place. Associate Professors Hanna Davydenko and Liudmyla Shylkina, Deputy Directors of the Institute, made the reports on the 5-year performance in their positions. Their activities were evaluated by a Commission consisting of professors Olha Sheshukova and Volodymyr Likhachov. Recommendations were made regarding the extension of their contracts for the next 5 years and participation in a competition. The proposal was unanimously supported by the members of the Academic Council.
Due to personnel changes, Associate Professor Olena Hurzhiy, Acting Head of the Department of Postgraduate Education for Dentists; Associate Professor Mykola Kravtsiv, Acting Head of the Department of Surgery No. 1 and Associate Professor Vadym Davydenko, Acting Head of the Department of Postgraduate Education for Prosthodontists reported on their activities. Professors Maxym Potiazhenko, Tetiana Kriuchko and Associate Professors Valerii Loburets, Liudmyla Halych, Nataliia Tsvetkova participated in the discussion of the reports and evaluation. Alla Marchenko, D.Sc., Director of the Academic and Research Institute of Postgraduate Education expressed wishes and recommendations to candidates for the positions regarding the prospects of their further work.
Miscellaneous issues related to the interim certification of medical intern doctors, the approval process of educational plans and programs for specialty advanced training courses were also discussed.
