До Дня Гідності та Свободи викладачі кафедри пропедевтики внутрішньої медицини доцентка Вікторія Сакевич та асистентка Тетяна Іваницька обговорили зі студентами IV курсу 41 групи першого (бакалаврського) рівня вищої освіти за спеціальністю «Медсестринство» та здобувачами 7 групи III курсу медичного факультету №1 значення двох знакових для сучасної української історії подій: двох Майданів, сплесків пасіонарності, на яких українці самовіддано відстояли головний принцип демократичного суспільства – можливість народу керувати країною. Невіддільною частиною традицій сучасних свідомих українців є належне вшанування подвигу, патріотизму й мужності героїв, які виступили на захист демократичних цінностей та не пошкодували навіть власного життя задля оновлення Української держави.
Студенти активно долучилися до бесіди, оскільки Революція Гідності була частиною їхнього дитинства. Тема свободи вибору свого шляху в житті є надто щемною і актуальною для студентства, саме тому виховна бесіда потроху переросла ув душевну розмову про наше сьогодення.
Пишаючись минулим, пам’ятаючи та шануючи всіх полеглих, дбаючи про тих, хто нас захищає, сьогодні можна розраховувати на гідне майбутнє!
The Price of Dignity and Freedom: Students Discussion
In anticipation of the Day of Dignity and Freedom, faculty staff from the Department of Propaedeutics of Internal Medicine, Associate Professor Victoriia Sakevych and Assistant Tetiana Ivanytska engaged in a discussion with 4-year students of Group 41 of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education in the specialty of Nursing and 3-year students of Group 7, Medical Faculty No.1. The conversation centered around the significance of two pivotal events in contemporary Ukrainian history: the two Maidans, surges of passion where Ukrainians steadfastly defended the main principle of a democratic society—the people's ability to govern the country. A fundamental part of the traditions of conscious contemporary Ukrainians is the proper honoring of the feat, patriotism and bravery of the heroes who defended democratic values and did not hesitate to sacrifice even their own lives for the renewal of the Ukrainian state.
Students actively participated in the conversation, as the Revolution of Dignity was part of their childhood. The theme of freedom to choose one's path in life is too poignant and relevant for the student community. Therefore, the educational discussion gradually evolved into a heartfelt conversation about our present.
Proud of the past, remembering and honoring all those who fell, caring for those who protect us, today we can count on a dignified future!
