Щороку в Україні у третій четвер травня відзначають День вишиванки. До цього свята національної єдності співробітники кафедри гістології, цитології та ембріології провели виховну годину зі здобувачами вищої освіти ОПП "Стоматологія" та ОПП" Медицина". Під час розмови з молоддю обговорювали історію створення української вишивки, роль у мистецтві та культурній спадщині українського народу.

"Нині вишиванка - це тренд наймодніших образів, вона переживає піднесення і відродження, адже українці згуртувалися так, як ніколи, з любовʼю підтримуючи народні традиції. Наше завдання- не розгубити багатство, створене протягом віків тисячами безіменних талановитих майстринь та передати цей «генетичний код» нації наступним поколінням", - йшлося упродовж бесіди, - "мені сорочку мама вишивала, неначе долю хрестиком вела, щоб лихих стежинок не шукала і до людей привітною була", -стало лейтмотивом бесіди.

Every year, Ukraine celebrates the Vyshyvanka Day on the third Thursday of May. On the occasion of this holiday of national unity, the staff of the Department of Histology, Cytology and Embryology held an educational class with students of the Dentistry and Medicine study programs. During the conversation with the youth, they discussed the history of Ukrainian embroidery, its role in the art and cultural heritage of the Ukrainian people.

“Today, embroidery is a trend in fashion, it is experiencing a rise and revival, as Ukrainians have united as never before, lovingly supporting folk traditions. Our task is not to lose the wealth created over the centuries by thousands of nameless talented craftswomen and to pass on this “genetic code” of the nation to future generations,” the conversation went on. ‘My mother embroidered my shirt as if she was guiding my fate with a cross, so that I would not look for evil paths and would be friendly to people,’ was the leitmotif of the conversation.
