Оновлений графік вступу передбачатиме такі ключові дати:

- до 18:00 7 вересня – подання заяв для участі в конкурсному доборі та реєстрація на вступний іспит зі спеціальності (інші вступні випробування, передбачені правилами прийому ЗВО);

- до 21 вересня – вступні іспити зі спеціальності (інші вступні випробування, передбачені правилами прийому ЗВО);

- з 22 вересня – надання рекомендацій до зарахування;

- до 26 вересня – оновлення списків рекомендованих на бюджетні місця, якщо окремі вступники не виконають вимог до зарахування;

- до 28 вересня – зарахування вступників, які отримали рекомендації та виконали вимоги вступу. 

Додатковий набір до аспірантури на контрактні місця за заочною та очною (вечірньою) формою здобуття освіти може розпочатися не раніше за 29 вересня. Зарахування має відбутися не пізніше ніж через 15 днів після завершення реєстрації заяв, але в будь-якому разі – не пізніше ніж 15 жовтня.

Конкурсний бал (КБ) розраховується за формулою:

КБ=К1*П1+К2*П2+К3*П3+К4*П4+К5*П5,

де

П1 – оцінка тесту з іноземної мови ЄВІ (2026, 2025 або 2024 року);

П2 – оцінка єдиного вступного випробування з методології наукових досліджень (2026 або 2025 року);

П3 – оцінка вступного іспиту зі спеціальності;

П4 – оцінка презентації дослідницьких пропозицій та досягнень;

П5 – оцінка вступного іспиту з філософії.

Предметні коефіцієнти: К1=0,2; К2=0,2; К3=0,2; К4=0,3; К5=0,1.

Мінімальні вимоги:

• конкурсний бал – не менше 130;
• сумарний бал тесту загальної навчальної компетентності та тесту з іноземної мови ЄВІ – не менше 300.

Формування рейтингу вступників здійснюється в ЄДЕБО шляхом впорядкування заяв за конкурсним балом.

Як подати документи:

Для участі у вступній кампанії необхідно зареєструвати електронний кабінет вступника в ЄДЕБО. 

Звертаємо увагу вступників, що реєстрація на спеціально організовану сесію ЄВІ триватиме до 17 серпня. Зареєструватися на неї можна через приймальні комісії ЗВО.

The Ministry of Education and Science Updates the Admission Timeline for PhD Programmes

The updated admission schedule includes the following key dates:

By 6:00 p.m. on September 7 – submission of applications to participate in the competitive selection process and registration for the entrance examination in the chosen specialty (as well as other entrance examinations stipulated by the university’s admission regulations);

By September 21 – entrance examinations in the chosen specialty and other entrance examinations stipulated by the university’s admission regulations;

From September 22 – recommendations for admission will be issued;

By September 26 – lists of applicants recommended for state-funded places will be updated if individual applicants fail to meet the admission requirements;

By September 28 – admission of applicants who have received recommendations and fulfilled all admission requirements.

An additional admission round to PhD programmes for fee-paying places in part-time and full-time (evening) study formats may begin no earlier than September 29. Admission must take place no later than 15 days after the application registration period closes and, in any case, no later than October 15.

PhD Admission at Poltava State Medical University

Poltava State Medical University is accepting applications for PhD programmes in the following specialties:

I1 Dentistry;

I2 Medicine;

I3 Pediatrics;

E1 Biology and Biochemistry.

Study formats:

full-time (day);

full-time (evening);

part-time.

Standard duration of study: 4 years.

Licensed annual admission capacity:

Competitive Score

The competitive score (CS) is calculated according to the following formula:

CS = K1×P1 + K2×P2 + K3×P3 + K4×P4 + K5×P5,

where:

P1 – score on the foreign language test of the Unified Entrance Examination (UEE) taken in 2026, 2025 or 2024;

P2 – score on the Unified Entrance Test in Research Methodology taken in 2026 or 2025;

P3 – score on the entrance examination in the chosen specialty;

P4 – score for the presentation of research proposals and academic achievements;

P5 – score on the entrance examination in philosophy.

Subject coefficients:

K1 = 0.2;

K2 = 0.2;

K3 = 0.2;

K4 = 0.3;

K5 = 0.1.

Minimum requirements:

competitive score – at least 130;

combined score for the Test of General Academic Competence and the foreign language test of the UEE – at least 300.

The ranking of applicants is generated in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education (EDEBO) by ordering applications according to the competitive score.

How to Apply

To participate in the admission campaign, applicants must register an electronic applicant account in EDEBO.

Applicants are reminded that registration for the specially organised UEE session will remain open until August 17. Registration can be completed through the admissions offices of higher education institutions.
