17 квітня 2024 року відбулося засідання Вченої ради. ЇЇ відкрив голова Вченої ради, ректор ПДМУ, професор Вячеслав Ждан. На порядку денному була доповідь проректора з науково-педагогічної та виховної роботи, професора Валерія Похилька про шляхи формування сприятливого психологічного мікроклімату в освітньому процесі Полтавського державного медичного університету, звіти завідувачів кафедр, професорів Ольги Шешукової, Віталія Костенка, доцента Олени Бєляєвої про виконання ними умов Контракту на посаді за 5 років і представлення навчальних видань науково-педагогічних працівників Університету, рекомендованих до затвердження Вченою радою з наданням їм відповідного грифу у доповіді першого проректора з науково-педагогічної роботи, професора Валентина Дворника. Члени комісії з перевірки роботи висловили позитивну оцінку науково- педагогічної та виховної діяльності колег й звернулися до ректора ПДМУ, професора Вячеслава Ждана з пропозицією про продовження з ними Контрактів на посаді на наступні 5 років. Вчена рада одноголосно підтримала це рішення.
Були обговорені та вирішені також інші важливі актуальні питання, що потребували затвердження Вченою радою ПДМУ.
The Academic Council took place: speakers, discussions, decisions
On April 17, 2024, a meeting of the Academic Council was held. It was opened by the Chairman of the Academic Council, Rector of PSMU, Professor Viacheslav Zhdan. The agenda included the report of the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Extracurrucular Activities, Professor Valerii Pokhylko on the ways of forming a favorable psychological microclimate in the educational process of Poltava State Medical University, reports of the heads of the departments, Professors Olga Sheshukova, Vitalii Kostenko, Associate Professor Olena Belyaeva on the fulfillment of their contract for 5 years and presentation of educational publications of the University's academic staff recommended for approval by the Academic Council with the appropriate stamp in the report of the First Vice-Rector for Research and Education, Professor Valentyn Dvornyk. The members of the performance review committee expressed a positive assessment of the scientific, pedagogical and educational activities of their colleagues and addressed the Rector of PSMU, Professor Viacheslav Zhdan with a proposal to extend their contracts for the next 5 years. The Academic Council unanimously supported this decision.
Other important topical issues that required approval by the PSMU Academic Council were also discussed and resolved.
